We had Colorado Ducts clean after our basement was finished. Logan was great; very professional and thorough. He moved very efficiently, cleaning all the vents, ducts and furnace. The furnace fan is so clean now it looks new! He made sure to cover wall corners so his equipment didn't rub off paint and he wore shoe coverings in my house so he didn't bring in anymore dust. I recommend cleaning the ducts plus the furnace,. It is worth the extra money.

Kim did a great job. He was very respectful of our property and did a thorough clean up after he was finished. We had a couple of vent covers that the screws weren't attaching right and he fixed them as well. His pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work that was done. We couldn't be happier and will use him again and have already recommended Colorado Duct Cleaning to some of our friends.

Remodeling a house after moving to Evergreen. My GC has worked with Kim and CDC for awhile and he hired him to clean our ducts as construction was wrapping up. Kim came by on Saturday to do service and was very professional and thorough. He pointed out a lot of things about the furnace units (which are very old) and cleaned them. He also explained how the humidifiers worked and how to get new filters. Very knowledgeable about HVAC in general and answered a lot of my questions. I would definitely hire Kim and CDC again when we need our ducts cleaned in the future!

The team came in a snowstorm AND during the virus pandemic. They called to confirm that they were healthy and checked with us that we were healthy as well. We really appreciated their transparency. Since we are spending so much time in the house, we wanted to make sure that we were spending time in a clean house, breathing the best air we can. We went with Jake's because of their plant based cleaning solutions knowing it will be safe on us and our dog. The team was friendly and quick. They even educated us on their deodorizer and sanitizer that kills bacteria and germs. Perfect for the situation we are in right now. We will use them again and again.

Wow! I was blown away by Jake's team! They arrived right when they said they would and their techs were polite, friendly, and efficient. They cleaned out our air vents and ducts and we can tell a huge difference. We've actually turned our thermostat down a few degrees because we've noticed that the delivery of heat is so much more efficient. Not to mention, our allergies seem better after cleaning out the vents. Great experience with them from start to finish. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to any homeowner in the Denver metro area.
