Everything about Jake's Carpet Cleaning exceeded my expectations. I was able to get an appointment quickly that suited my needs. Josh, the tech was prompt, polite, competent and committed to doing an excellent job. The plant based, non-toxic products cleaned the carpets well with no strange odors. I asked the company to resuscitate my old carpets and they did! Excellent company. Superior service.

Working with Jake's has been a pleasure since day one! Kristen offers fast and friendly service. She's prompt with returning calls and following up with addition info when needed. We recent purchased a vintage yellow couch for our office and called Jake's immediately to schedule a cleaning. The couch looks great, smells great, and best of all its not covered in chemicals or perfumes!

We had Jake's Carpet Cleaning clean our carpets after a year in our new (to us) home, and were stunned once they dried to find out that we had soft carpet! Who knew? It feels, smells, and looks great post-cleaning, and we love that everything used was plant-based and non-toxic. We were so pleased with their work that we had them come back two months later and fully clean our air ducts, which I don't believe had been done before on the house. When Josh first came out to do the estimate, I could tell Jake's Carpet Cleaning was different, in a good way...Josh was very personable, and entertained the kiddos once or twice as he was looking around. We love that the company uses family friendly non-toxic cleaning methods, and that the estimate covers all spots, etc. There weren't any surprise charges at the end because all treatments are included. Josh and Rob did a great job with what they had - our carpets are on the older side and there were just some things that wouldn't be perfect - but all in all, everything definitely is cleaner.

Jake's Carpet Cleaning is awesome! It's locally owned and had been recommended by a number of neighbors. They use green cleaning products, which gave me peace of mind with a crawling baby. They cleaned our area rug, and it was an incredibly painless experience. They came and picked up the rug at our house and returned it clean just a few days later. Very pleased with the experience!

Jared and Derrick showed up at my home looking very professional and they both were very easy and fun to work with. They worked on an estimate for my carpet cleaning very quickly. The quote was very reasonable so they cleaned all my carpets that day. I came home that evening and was very happy with the cleaning. They managed to get rid of all the stains I had pointed out. We hired this company for duct cleaning since my toddler was having allergies after moving to new house! I did a lot of research online and I selected Jake's even though it was more expensive than the competitors! One of the reasons was that I checked that Jake was certified and the solutions company use is plant based, environmental friendly and does not have nasty chemical as advertised on the website! The guys that showed up were professional, communicated well about arrival and did their job great! They missed one air intake as my hubby forgot to slide the sofa in front of it! So after communicating with Jake, the guys came back again and cleaned the the intake that was left! Awesome service and very pleasant experience!!

Jake's Carpet Cleaning was our best home contractor experience ever, after 15+ years as a homeowner! I highly recommend them, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Worth every penny. The technician arrived on time, was respectful of our home and expertly covered application areas and wore booties, was professional in his quotation and job execution, and so thorough. The end product was a carpet that was like new. I couldn't even believe it. The strands were soft and had no trace of residue, like we've had with past carpet cleaning. WOW.

The staff with Jake's is awesome. They came on time, were courteous and did a great (and fast) job cleaning my furniture and rug. The results were awesome. Then, when my dog had an accident on my newly cleaned couch only a week after the came, Jake's sent someone out as a free courtesy follow up.
