They were thorough and honest. No upsetting or trying to get me to do something that was not needed. Provided valuable insight in replacing equipment that was way past EOL. They came for a full furnace maintenance prior to winter.

Adam was wonderful! He’s thorough, attentive to detail, and solution focused. He helped inform me of issues, causes, and what to look for after fixing our AC problems. We will definitely be using Blue Spruce for all of our home needs and repairs.

We are very happy with the service from Blue Spruce Heating and Cooling. We called for a quote on Wednesday, and they had a replacement AC unit installed by Saturday morning. Their price was well below the other quotes we received. They were efficient and timely and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommended.

This is the HVAC company you’re looking for. The service call fee is reasonable and 100% worth paying. You can have someone come out for free to try and sell you something you don’t need, but I’d rather compensate someone fairly for their time and properly diagnose the problem. I’m not an easy customer to impress, but I was impressed by Adam. Thorough, honest, straightforward, easygoing, knowledgeable, genuine, professional - everything you want from an AC contractor. Feel free to get multiple opinions, just make sure Blue Spruce is one of them. You won’t regret it.

I hired blue spruce recently to install a new heat pump mini split system in place of the old one. The estimate from Blue Spruce came in significantly lower than the other three contractors I got quotes from. The crew was extremely professional and polite and I am extremely happy with the install!! They worked with me on where I wanted the inside heads, and the routing on the outside is extremely tidy and professional. Could not have turned out better!!!

This is the second time I have Adam as a technician.He is very polite, thorough and communicates issues in a very straight forward manner. He is knowledgeable and knows what problems to look for, he is a person one can trust .

Editing my review because we no longer use their services after several years - paid for our annual “preventative maintenance service” before winter of 2023. They came and went. First time we turned on our heat for the season a massive leak(s) was found within the HVAC unit. Reservoir pan overflowed due to a crack and a separate leak within a hose. Over 7 gallons of water overflowed from the HVAC unit in the attic causing sever water damage. This could of been avoided with a proper “preventative maintenance service”

I am very happy with Blue Spruce Heating and Cooling. Our AC broke and they sent a technician the same day and were able to replace the part the very next day. Very appreciated! I thought their price was very fair and the technician didn't pressure me to buy a whole new system, but fairly pointed out some wear and tear. They cleaned our furnace as well and showed me pictures of everything before and after. Excellent business!!!

A very honest and professional company. Very good at what they do and are very reasonable in pricing. Needed static pressure reduced due to their installation of a new Trane high efficiency furnace. Problem solved in one service visit. Very satisfied!

We had our aging HVAC system inspected by Blue Spruce to determine how it was running. They gathered up all the information needed and estimated costs for us. So, it was easy to work with Jeff on a quote for new heating, cooling and a new water heater. They're so responsive, they sent me emails over nights and weekends, when it was easier for me to coordinate.

Jeremy was our technician for installation, and was great. He and others on the Blue Spruce team showed up on time, carefully protected my new carpets, and kept us informed on progress throughout the process. We ran into an issue when the fan wouldn't turn off. It happened after hours, but the Blue Spruce team called us back fast and helped us make an adjustment to quickly resolve the issue. And they inspected it further to adjust all of the settings.

We love our new unit -- it's much quieter. Also, the pricing they quoted us was half of what some firms estimated for us. Overall, very knowledgeable, responsive and reasonable. Highly recommended.
