Mike and Adam were outstanding today. They came in to do maintenance on my water heater and to install a sump pump water alarm. They were very patient with me and answered all our questions. Work was top notch and very clean. Southside Plumbing is a great company to do business with.

Trevor T and Adam S were wonderful! They explained everything in detail & in a way I could understand, & they were respectful of my property. They replaced my regulator and now I finally have enough water pressure that I can rinse my hair out quickly & easily! Southside Plumbing has been my trusted go-to plumbing company for the past 3 years. I trust the team to do a good job at a fair price. Recently, Zach replaced a failing ball valve for us. He communicated throughout , explaining the work that needed to be done and sent photos of the work. Afterwards, he replaced my outdoor faucet covers as we are nearing the cold season and I am currently away for work.

Southside plumbing was quick to respond to my sewer line clog. Mark explained everything, left the space clean, and was very friendly. Reasonably priced for a weekend emergency. Would definitely use them again!

We had a mystery leak and Micheal came on a Saturday within an hour of placing our call. He was easily the best plumber we've worked with. He communicated well without using too much jargon, discussed prices up front without pressuring us, and cleaned up thoroughly after he was done. Micheal made a potentially stressful day painless. The true culture of a company shows through not when everything goes perfect but when a problem arises. After a repair was completed at my house, a misunderstanding arose about the full scope of the work to be completed. Without hesitation, Southside Plumbing came back the very next day to correct this misunderstanding. That's the kind of business you want to work with! A company with ethics, moral character, integrity, and professionalism. I'm impressed!

Top notch customer service from friendly and quick response to messaging and phone calls, scheduling and updates, and a very kind, thorough, efficient fix with explanations and up front pricing. Mark and Southside plumbing were amazing. We had a complete failure of an under the house sewer line. Mark’s team was great, professional and courteous. We had a few bids, and Southside was able to come up with a better solution that helped us save money. Highly recommend Southside and would use them again.

Chris and Southside plumbing should be first on your list to call, they are fantastic!! This was our first experience working with them and they did not disappoint! They are professional, experienced (4 out of 5 of their plumbers are master plumbers) and they are responsive!! We had a leaky valve in our basement. I was able to text their # with a request for service, I also included pictures so they had an idea of the scope of work. Not only did they communicate quickly and compassionately, they had us scheduled and the work completed so fast!!!

I have used Southside for more than 5 yrs. They are always on time, professional, and all of their work has always been spot on. What I really appreciate is they always diagnose the problem or evaluate your ask & give you a price before they start working so there are no surprises once work is complete. Rare experience nowadays. Overall good experience every time and why I always call them when I need plumbing services. Highly recommend.

I had a water main valve replaced. Not an overwhelming or time consuming task, but one that does require the skills and tools to do it properly. I can’t honestly say that I think the price that I paid was reasonable, however whenever you get plumbers involved, , that’s the price you pay.

As for the men, Mike Y. And Adam S. were Great. Very personable and professional guys Who worked well together got the job done. We had plenty of good conversation and some additional advice above and beyond The task for which they were there. This is not the first time I have used Southside plumbing And I doubt that it’s the last.

Thanks guys! I can now proceed with the internal plumbing repairs that I am capable of doing myself and feel confident that I will be able to shut the water off Cleanly and reliably As I do so.

Drain replacement in basement and new plumbing of kitchen line and laundry line. Southside was a pleasure doing business with. A master plumber was on the job throughout the whole process which is not common with a lot of companies. Was thrilled to have a true professional working on the job. The owner, Mark Friesen, really took his time and explained the process and how he came to the conclusion of the work required. No up selling at all which was a breath of fresh air ! Awesome price out of a total of 5 bids. Happy to support a CO owned company and am extremely happy with the experience and service. I would hire this company again !
