Had a leak at the main water line entry into the house from a shark bite installed a number of years ago. Chris arrived on time and provided solution options from minimum fix to most comprehensive solution. Pricing was fair, no pressure to pick a particular option that fit our budget, and the work was done both well and quickly. Chris was very personable and upfront. Heather on the phone was also very friendly and professional. I will recommend Southside plumbing to anyone I know who needs plumbing services.

We had a great experience with Trevor and Gabriel. We had a kitchen sink that needed replacing after it cracked (it was a composite sink from 2008). They were prompt and professional in replacing our sink. Heather was also fantastic over the phone and in facilitating everything. We would use Southside Plumbing again in the future.

We had a problem with our kitchen sink so we called Southside Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day. Zach arrived on time and was very friendly. He explained what was wrong, fixed it quickly and we were very happy with the service. We have used them before and always have a great experience.

Trevor, with Southside Plumbing, was on time, was knowledgeable, experienced, considerate, respectful, and communicated clearly. He found the blockage in my kitchen sink, went 60' down with rooter and was able to unplug tub from there, which was full of backed up water. He was here a couple hours and gratefully, he cleaned out tub debris. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Trevor.

We actually had two separate leak repairs done by Mike at Southside Plumbing to a second floor condo within a week. Both were valve replacements. The first repair was an after hours emergency call & given the time it actually took to do the repair, i thought the charges were high but fair. The second repair was a planned service call to replace a valve to the hot water heater & remove another, replacing a section of pipe in the process. That appointment took a little over 1 1/2 hours with our pre-work discussion. The charge for that was over $1000. In both cases water to the building was shut off. Mike is an awesome plumber in addition to being personable & empathetic. He explains what needs to be done clearly & why. He works efficiently. He is an asset to his company. I give him 5 stars. Kudos also goes out to Heather the dispatcher!

I really really like my plumber, Chris! Today he replaced the PRV and house shutoffs. It was a big job, but he left everything looking better than before (including full moisture barrier replacement). He fixed a big pressure issue I was having. He's very cheerful and fun to work with.

Mike was right on time for our service call. Very thorough and efficient. Kept a clean and organized work area. Kept us informed as he worked to solve our somewhat complicated plumbing problem. He was friendly and respectful in all of our conversations. We will definitely request Mike if we have any future plumbing problems.

I had Southside Plumbing to my house to discuss our options to decrease the time it takes to get hot water to our master shower. They were extremely thorough in explaining things so that I could make an informed decision. I felt as though they had my best interest at heart rather than just trying to sell me something. I had a great experience with Southside Plumbing! It began with Mark assessing my failing tank water heater and providing me options to prolong its life and options for replacement.
My wife and I decided on moving forward with a new Navien tankless water heater and a Halo whole house water filtration system.
Mark, Adam, Trevor, and Isaiah performed with excellence to remove the old tank and install the new systems all within a day.
We have been enjoying the improved water quality and endless hot water with the new systems.

Of course you don't need a plumber till late in the day on a Friday but we did and had the exceptional experience of having Mark with Southside Plumbing come to the house. He responded very quickly and diagnose the issue just as quickly Once he explained the solution and presented the options to repair I accepted his quote and he was finished and on his way within the hour. The price was agreeable, the service outstanding and I HIGHLY recommend the company and Mark.

Really professional, Mike was awesome. He did a great job. He gave me his honest opinion of what he thought the problem was and he was bag on. They also offered us a 20$ off promotion discount if we donated food for the food bank. Clever marketing and it’s always nice to work with a company that wants to give back to the community. Will def be using them again next time we need plumbing services.

We have used Southside Plumbing in the past with very good results. This experience was just as good if not better. We had a toilet replaced. Chris was very knowledgeable, honest, professional and efficient. He informed us of the different options and did a great job installing the toilet. We felt like we were in very good hands and would definitely use Chris and Southside Plumbing for future repairs and projects.

The Southside team was great. We discovered a leak under our kitchen sink leading to the dishwasher and Southside was able to fit us in same day. Trevor was great. After having some issues in the past with, less than qualified, techs we’d just find online…I would recommend the Southside team if you want it fixed right.

Trevor and Gabriel were very quick in answering our request on having our toilets. After examining all three of them, we were advised that they could be repaired but replacement was the better option . After Trevor patiently answered all our questions, we agreed and Heather called us later to make our appointment. Trevor and Adam came out on time and were very professional in their demeanors and finished the installations very effectively. There was no mess left and they carted off the old toilets. We are very happy with the work they performed. And we especially like the soft close lids and seats. We would highly recommend Southside Plumbing.

Michael, Gabriel and Micha did a great job. We’re able to diagnose the problem quickly and get it taken care of. Communicated well throughout the entire process. Was glad to have the option to have them come on a weekend, even though I didn’t use that option. Were able to come the next business day, which is very much appreciated.
