Vladi was great! Made quick work of the PRV change and made sure I had everything I needed.

Used Balkin plumbing several times now. Vlad was the responding employee each time. He called each time to let me know he was on his way. When troubleshooting our issues he explains what's wrong and what he will do to make repairs. When done he explains in detail what he did.
Would highly recommend Balkin for all your plumbing needs.

Needed a plumber with some new house issues. I called multiple plumbers for quotes, timeline, and scope of work. Balkan was super responsive and polite. They came out same day and were flexible with how the job would be done. They did the job quickly, cleaned up their mess, and the price was very fair. They responded to my inquiry right away with pricing, answered all my questions on text, told me where to measure for ordering as well. I needed a toilet and two sinks installed. Plamen did an excellent job fixing a leaky pipe that was staining our ceiling. He was willing to come to our home the same day after 5pm and quickly identified and fixed the issue, and left us clear instructions on next steps. I hired Balkan Plumbing based on the recommendation of a friend. I was not disappointed. As a smaller team they communicate fast and keep you updated on the scheduling. I have worked personally with Vladi, and he did a great job replacing my outdoor spicket. He installed a longer freeze-proof spicket from the one I had to give me a better margin. Recommended also how to best insulate my pipes, and made sure everything looks great and strong outside. The finished product looks great. Great company to work with.

Vladi was amazing diagnosed the problem with ease and had it all fixed within about an hour. Something I could have fixed but would have spent all day and probably spent more money fixing my mess up. The pricing was great and really like to support small local businesses. Vladi was on time and super nice to talk to as well.

Vladi did some re-piping in my bathroom for a new vanity that I’m installing, and he was incredible! He was quick to provide an accurate estimate, and also to come and do the actual work. Other companies quoted double and were weeks out, but Balkan was available in less than 3 days. Would highly recommend!

Great and quick customer service. Requested service on a Sunday and they were at my house, fixing the issues by noon the following Monday. PRV and expansion tank were installed with no issues and Vladi showed me how to tune the pressure properly. Great job!
