Karina, Dex, Fabiola and María deep cleaned our house and they did an incredible job! The house feels so fresh and sparkling now. They were thorough and efficient and got every nook and cranny! I had my house cleaned for the first time by Casabella and wow! I've truly never seen my house this clean. I'm typically a little hesitant to have my house cleaned - based on poor past experiences, but the level of service the Casabella crew provided has changed my mind. They were incredibly friendly, professional, communicative, and paid great attention to detail. They left my shower cleaner than clean, wiped out trash baskets, cleaned cabinets, dusted, vacuumed, cleaned hardwood floors, my oven, and more. They asked questions when they weren't sure of something and put everything back in its place. My house smells great and is so so clean. Great experience...

We hired Casabella to do a move-out clean and they did an AMAZING job. Booking was easy, communication was quick and clear. The garage was sparkling, the appliances looked like they've never been used, and the house itself was in immaculate condition once they were done. Very disappointed with this service! The maids have consistently broken everything from overhead lamps to floor lamps to irreplaceable art objects from France. We finally had them quit dusting because they were breaking so many glass items! Then, they flushed their cleaning rags down our toilet resulting in $850 of plumbing repairs! They consistently did NOT thoroughly clean our bathrooms and parts of the surfaces became caked with dirt. It then became necessary for us to constantly supervise them to ensure that they did their work and did not damage any more of our property. The maids that Joyce previously sent told us they were going into business for themselves and tried to solicit our business! So unprofessional! Then, last week the new contingent of maids that Joyce sent over told us that they were appalled at how poorly the prior contingent of maids had done their job. They found dirt all over the place that had not been cleaned including cobwebs on top of the curtains, dirt in corners and behind doors in the bathrooms that were supposed to be mopped, etc. Right after telling us about this, one of the other maids in the crew knocked over ANOTHER $250 lamp shattering it all over the tile floor! This is very dangerous for our cat who could eat that glass (it flies all over and is hard to clean up) and be seriously hurt! To add insult to injury, we were unable to reach Joyce for three days to report these problems to her! She had listened to the message we left her and then not returned our call and we had to call her AGAIN three days after the first call! We have given Panorama every chance, but enough is enough! Panorama has a very cavalier attitude about the breakages and damage and seems to encourage the maids to rush through the housecleaning thus resulting in property damage and a very poor cleaning job!
