We had a bit of a language barrier but nevertheless Sandy did a great job cleaning. She arrived 2 hours after the scheduled start time, but it was due to needing to buy a replacement vacuum cleaner.

The couple who came to clean were very sweet. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not good at all. They spent 4 hours, yet when I got home, our mudroom had not been cleaned or vacuumed at all (pine needles & such still all over our back rug), the kitchen sink & faucet hadn’t been cleaned, I’m pretty sure windex was used for everything because the stainless steel appliances looked like they were smudged all over, inside glass still had water spots, mirrors still had water marks, showers were not cleaned, plants and picture frames not dusted….I honestly couldn't figure out what they did for 4 hours in our home as it’s a 2 story and I didn’t have them do any beds or the basement. We paid a good amount of money for the service - nearly $400. Again, very nice people, but we won’t be using or recommending due to the service.

Jackeline did a great job on our move out clean. She pointed out concerns not related to cleaning, which was very helpful.
