Very professional staff, answered all of our questions and were able to schedule a repair for our dryer within a day. They were able to fix our dryer quickly and were very knowledgeable.

Ryan easily diagnosed our washer's issue and tried to track down a part for repair. Sadly, the part is no longer available, but he really tried to keep our old Maytag going.

Response to my request was prompt and clear, and I did not have to wait long for an appointment time. The technician arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the issue and advised me on follow-up should a similar problem occur in the future. This is typical of the service we have received from Jim & Dave's Appliance.

Paul was very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. He was sent to diagnose my 1 month old Frigidaire refrigerator. My food was freezing on the top shelf as well as several cracks in the inside refrigerator lining. Waiting to hear back from the warranty company. Needed a dryer repair. Chris was on-time and quick with the analysis of the problem and repair. Left the area clean. Excellent serviceman. Would highly recommend him.

The technician showed up early abs then got upset because the tenant wasn't there when he showed up early when I had given her time they told me he would be there and she would have to leave work to make the appointment. When she finally got there at the appointed windows time, the technician went in looked at the plug for the range and called me and told me I needed to get an electrician and left. He was there for less than 2 mins literally, and they charged the whole $119 service charge. There was no service performed!
