The employees there are experts and it is a well established business that know how to preform quality repairs.

My service Technician Cody was professional from beginning to the end of my service. He identified a piece of broken glass was lodged in the drain which caused my dishwasher to malfunction and not drain. He also. Had to replace the turbo manifold due to deteriorating which caused my dishwasher to not clean properly and leave food residue on them. I appreciate the partnership that home smart has with their contractors. It saves me time having to search for reliable contractors.

The grill component in the Monogram stove had never worked properly. The technician came and assessed the issue quickly and had the replacement parts within days and quickly replaced them. No fuss. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Extremely happy with how it all went.

I was amazed on how quick the technician was replacing the belt on my mother's dryer. It only took him 20 minutes! I even signed up for this plan myself for my own home. It's totally worth every penny a month paying for this service. I highly recommend Jim and Dave's Appliances through homesource Xcel Energy!

Response was quick. Every person I had contact with was friendly, helpful, and understood my needs. Paul showed up on time, found the issue, and repaired it immediately. Paul was very professional, great with my dog, and explained everything to me. I really appreciated the contact regarding my appointment. I received messages for scheduling, as well as updates, providing me the exact time Paul would be responding. My work was under warranty. I didn't have to make excess calls or banter about the work. Service Tech Ryan was awesome and on time. Quick work, knowledgeable and informative. Extremely professional and helpful. He was able to fix our dryer, he also cleaned it. He explained the situation and diagnosed our washer. We will need a new washer soon due to parts/repairs being more than it's worth. He suggested several options/routes to go when that time comes. These things are rarely painless but this appointment was. Thank you JND and Ryan!

I am actually changing my rating on my service. After further inspection, I realize that Hugo actually did not reinstall my dishwasher correctly. If anything, he made it slightly worse. It is now outside of the dish space, off the hinge, and will not open completely. When we tried to open it the first time After his service, we noticed it did not open completely. That’s when we noticed it completely off-line, and causing damage to our new kitchen cabinets.
Pretty pissed off, especially since he was talking so negatively about how it was installed the first time.. Not Happy.

Jeramy came out on a Sunday to replace the heating element in my whirlpool dryer. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and time effective! Would recommend and will use him again for future repairs.

Jeremy was very professional and and responded quickly to my need. When he arrived he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed to get me back to washing clothes which is very important having two daughters. He was in and out in no time at all and when he finished it was like my washer never even broke and in fact worked better than new.

First, my LG washer was leaking water 2 months ago, I made a call to Jeramy for help. He fixed my washer. Right before he left Jeramy took a glance at my LG refrigerator and told me my compressor will go out soon, ok,,,, that was then.
Last week it sure did . Compressor end its life span.
Jeramy came to rescued me again.
He handle the situation welll and professionally. Work is good and fees are reasonable.

Jeremy was extremely professional and actually helped me figure out how to save some money on the repair for my washer. He made a special trip on a Sunday so my kids could get clean laundry for the week. Most importantly, he gave me straight advice when he could have just as easily sold me other parts and more labor. I would recommend him to ANYONE!

Our fridge was having trouble, on a weekend of course. Jeramy immediately returned my phone call, analyzed the problem over the phone, had the part in stock and was willing to drive over an hour away on Sunday to fix it. Jeremy walked us thru trouble shooting a gas oven that wouldn't heat, we were able to get it running without a service call. We'll be calling E&J for our future appliance needs.

We were having trouble with our washer, called on a Friday night, and Jeramy was able to come out and assess our issue Saturday afternoon. He was able to fix our washer and ensured it didn't leak after he reassembled it.
