Had called and scheduled for them to come out the next day and no one showed up. So called that day and they scheduled for the next day. The guys showed up and fixed it within an hour.

Very frustrated with them, i been calling them to schedule an appointment for more than 2 weeks, they tell me that they will be here today but they don't give me a time that they will be here., and at the end of the day they don't show up. Waste a day to wait for them. I already pay them a deposit. If you don't have time just tell the costumer. Well, the number that shows on here thats the number I Call, and it is here in Loveland.

Caution with Ethan. He talks big and a no show kind of guy. Not the way to do business. No calls to inform you of what's going on. Avoid this guy.

Ethan was quick to come to our home, knowledgeable about what he was doing, and even explained the issues with our dryer to me as he was fixing it! I can't recommend him enough.

I set an appointment with rocket appliance for last Saturday. I received a call after their window of availability for me had already begun and my landlord had already showed up to supervise, and they explained that they had had a laundromat flood on them and they would need to move my appointment. He told me unprompted that although they don’t typically work sundays, that they would be moving all of saturdays appointments to Sunday in order to make sure all customers were taken care of. I said that was absolutely no problem, and that I appreciated their initiative to come in on their day off! Sunday came around, my landlord put aside her schedule and came over once again, and we waited through their entire 1pm-3pm window they estimated me for, even though they said they’d be there closer to 1. They never showed up, and despite me calling the business twice to figure out the issue, my calls weren’t answered. We played phone tag on Monday where they called me, and I called back and left a voicemail only to be completely ghosted with no further responses from them. I eventually opted to set an appointment with Mr. Appliance, and their technician was friendly, quick, and efficient at resolving a simple issue with my washer. I will be using mr appliance again in the future, and I advise others do the same! And to clear any confusion with my review, yes, this review is being intentionally left for Rocket Appliance in Loveland, colorado.

Called to schedule and spoke with Ethan. He helped me trouble shoot the minor issue over the phone. Didn’t end up needing a service call, but will DEFINITELY use Rocket Appliance in the future. Thank you again Ethan!!

For my "parents" experience, he asked for half upfront and then. they had poor communication it was Lack on their part started Monday finished Friday simple fix my mom and dad will not be back.
