I would NEVER recommend using this fiasco! They don't answer phones, return calls or even make a scheduled appointment time. My ice maker went out and though he diagnosed and replaced the motor the bar had broken off. His response was "Ah, you don't need it anyway" well without it, it just kept making ice that we constantly had to scoop out and dispose of. Then he tells us a time he'll be back, NO CALL NO SHOW!After several attempts we got him back, only to hear HE ordered the wrong part and needed to leave to get another. This time he says it will cost $50 to put in a brand new ice maker (above the almost $300 we already paid) we agree because it's medically necessary for me. No receipt nothing and we shelled out another $162.71! He has the worst business habits, communication is nill and he overcharges the elderly and vulnerable people. I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT TO USE HIM and to shop around AND get things in writing!!

Ethan with Rocket Appliance Repair has earned my trust and ongoing business. It started with a dishwasher that stopped running on a Friday night that led me to seek someone who could come out on a Saturday. Not only was he available, he quickly diagnosed and fixed it for a reasonable rate.

I took advantage of his annual appliance service package to clean out and check all of our appliances (nothing done on them for 3 years, so definitely time) and I feel relieved that we won't have the turmoil of another appliance quitting at an inconvenient time. He kept me informed throughout the service showing me what he was doing, what he found, and he went above and beyond to even tighten a loose handle on my fridge.

He has a pleasant, clean, quiet, friendly demeanor and clearly knows what he's doing. I didn't feel like he was playing up troubles with my machines to get me to spend more money, and his rates were very reasonable, especially since I didn't have to wait a long time for him to come out. Highly recommend!

There is no one else I call to help me with my appliances. Ethan always go above and beyond to get things running again and in the case of having to consider a replacement always explains the features to look for to get the most reliable appliance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had a bad shut-down on my washing machine water pump. Ethan came out as soon as he could at the end of his regular day on Wednesday, assessed the problem, ordered the part & installed it quickly on a Monday, as soon as the part came in! Great appliance repair service! I use Ethan for all of my appliance repairs including washer/dryer belt and motor replacements and oven diagnostics with replacement options. All repairs have been completed in less than a week and he's easily reachable to schedule. Fair pricing and always transparent about part costs, timing of receiving new parts, and letting you know the process and options beforehand.

I just spoke to Ethan and he was so helpful! I told him that I had a fridge leak and he asked me to send him photos of the issue, where he quickly called me back and helped me trouble shoot it on the phone. Absolutely amazing!!! As a single mom and first time home owner they helped me out a lot. They even taught me a couple things about maintaining my appliances. They were so respectful and when I asked a question they answered it and explained it to me and told me what to do if something simple went wrong. They showed me how to chamge the filter in my fridge which they didn't have to. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

Sorry I have to do this but Eathan is not a man of his word. We started on Monday with a dryer issue. He tore the dyer apart found the problem. He then looked the part up and said he wouldn't be able to come back till Wednesday. Wednesday came and went I can't say I didn't get a phone call because I did with one or two rings go to answer it hangs up I call back. No answer I get the answering machine. I leave a message saying I'm waiting for him. Thursday comes I get the same thing. One or two rings hangs up. I call answering machine again. He calls me at 11:17am.says he's going to check and make sure the part is right that he would call me right back. We'll that didn't happen either. At 7pm he called me back. He said he could be here Friday at 10 am well that didn't happen. He then called at 11:05 and said he would be here in 20 minutes. He showed up and he said sorry about Thursday my grandpa had an issue. I can totally understand if you would call and give communication but that didn't happen. I just don't understand why someone would want to piss people off that he's going to have to go back to the place to finish the job. And here's the kicker it only took him 15 minutes to do the job. He did great at fixing it once he started. If you want aggregation for days call Rocket Appliance. Oh by the way Ethan I still have not received a receipt after asking twice. Poor customer service!

I received Ethan’s number from a referral. I called Ethan and at first was difficult getting him but kept on calling and left a message and he called me back. I told him I had a problem with my double oven, he said that if he thinking what the problem was and it would not be worth the fix! Ethan helped me over the phone with troubleshooting and I was able to fix it on own with thanks to Nathan @Rocket Appliance Repair he helped me over the phone and did not charge me. I really appreciate the help and saving me money. Thank you and if I need anything you will be the first I call.
