Wow!! Outstanding work, efficient and professional! My dryer vent and washing machine hoses were grossly inadequate and they scheduled me in quickly, were prompt and I just could not be any happier to finally find a dependable service company!!

Honest, reliable and professional! We found E&J after getting an outrageous quote from another company. We needed a second opinion. Thankfully we found E&J Appliance Repair. Jeremy knew right away what the issue was and had our Fridge back up and running pretty quickly. We 100% happily will recommend E&J to anyone.

I received E&J appliance repair phone number from the local appliance part store. He was very helpful in determining the issue why my whirlpool fridge wasn't cooling like it should. Another appliance company locally wouldn't even look at it. Unfortunately it isn't worth repairing and will need to be replaced. Keeping his number in my phone for future reference!

Jeremy is great! Highly recommended. He is open 7 days a week - takes calls and does jobs. He arrived early (unheard of these days!). I googled "dryer repair" and found Jeremy. The reviews looked good and, as you know, you always wonder how accurate are they. Well, in this case they were on target. He was able to schedule the appointment to meet my calendar, arrived as scheduled, and quickly diagnosed the problem. In addition he made suggestions to extend the useful life of the appliance. He is knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. I've found my go to appliance repairman!

I can't say enough good things about the work Jeremy did on our finicky dryer. It randomly stopped working and he was out the next day to fix it. Unfortunately the fuse blew multiple times, and multiple times he cam out to re asses the issue and figure out what the actual issue was. He eventually figured out what the main culprit was and saved us from having to buy a new dryer. Prompt, friendly, very responsive....can't recommend him fast enough to anyone that needs appliance work done.

One of the burners on the kitchen stove had stopped working and the "floor" of the oven had a hole in it. I had ordered new parts to install but decided I needed a professional for installation. I called E&J and spoke with Jeremy. He came out on New Years Day and installed the parts promptly. He did a great job! I will definitely call him again if I need help in the future.

We called E&J to service our washing machine, which was starting to show signs of a problem. Based on our over-the-phone description, Jeremy already had a good idea of the issue and arrived promptly the next day with the right replacement part. A quick diagnostic check confirmed the issue, and he quickly serviced the machine and got it back in perfect working order again. Jeremy was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and capable. We will definitely be calling him again if and when one of our appliances acts up.

We purchased an 8 burner stove. When we tried to use the oven it blew a fuse. Had electrical checked out and that was all good so it was the stove. Under manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer didn’t have techs in the area so we had to find tech, pay for the work and get reimbursements. Called all the appliances repairs in the area and no one would touch it. Well Jeramy said he’d come look at it. He found the issue, fixed it and guaranteed his work. Had same issue and he came back out and found another wire shorting and fixed it. He did such an awesome job! Very professional, on time, flexible and very caring. We will definitely use him again and recommend to family and friends.

Last year our fridge slowly stopped cooling. We had an infant at the time and the milk was piling up. My husband found Jeramy online and he came as soon as possible. I don't remember if it was same day. He fixed our issue and everything was working great. January of this year, the freezer wasn't working well. My husband forgot who we called so I googled around. The hubby came across E&J so I gave em a call. I told Jeramy the situation and he said he'd get back to me asap. Called same day and found our ticket from 2025. He came, looked at the fridge and said we needed a new condenser (I think that's what it's called) he ordered a new one and made an appt soon after it arrived. Jeramy came and fixed the fridge once again and a couple days later checked in to see how things were going. I told him everything was good except there was a slight humming noise and the freezer had a little condensation. He came right over to make sure everything was good. Turns out nothing was wrong. I called to ask about a microwave issue which I'd already attempted to fix with no luck. Ethan was super responsive and professional. He asked for details, did some research and gave me some really useful feedback. His input was very valuable so I was happy to pay for his time, but he refused any payment. I'll definitely use Rocket Appliance Repair for all of our future appliance repair needs!

Update: I used Ethan to fix an issue with my electric induction cooktop. He was great again - responsive, accommodating, knowledgable, very reasonably priced and effective. As long as I live within his service area and he continues to do this work, he will get my business.
