Super nice individual and worked me into his schedule the day after my call and was able to repair onsite. Price seemed a little steep including the diagnostics but I don't know how that compares to other companies. However, I did appreciate the quick service.

Justin was thorough in troubleshooting and repairing my Monogram convection/microwave oven. Took some time to get some replacement parts but I was able to get on the schedule as soon as the parts arrived.

I cannot say enough good things about Chris Thomas. He went so above and beyond on not only fixing my washing machine, but he was also kind enough to take a look at my dishwasher of the fly, which he absolutely did not have to do. As long as I have appliances I will be using Mr. Appliance and specifically requestion Chris. A++++ and he needs a big fat raise!

Justin is great! He knew what was wrong & ordered the part needed. Back order was a problem but as soon as it came in he returned & my dishwasher is back & running with minimal cost compared to a new one! Thanks Justin!

My son and Daughter in law recently bought a house in Fort Collins, after getting settled they noticed a leak under the fridge. We pulled it away from the wall realizing it’s been leaking for sometime, I called Mr. Appliance and we set up an appointment. Today David came out and diagnosed the issue, he said it’s not draining like it should be, unfortunately he had to take everything out of the fridge including shelves, the doors, and the structure to get to the drain. He made it look easy, it was a 3 minute fix after the disassembly, great guy, great company, would highly recommend

Clothes washer broke on the weekend and called 3 service companies for service and Mr. Appliance was the only company that responded. The tech came out on Monday or Tuesday as scheduled, evaluated the problem, ordered the part and returned the following week with the correct part and fixed the washer and it works fine. The price was reasonable for what was done and it has been working well ever since.

Would highly recommend Mr. Appliance if you are in need of service on one of your appliances.

Mr. Appliance charged over $500 dollars for an inverter which did not fix my refrigeration problem. When I decided to replace the 13 year old Thermador, rather than sink thousands of dollars into a new compressor to possibly repair the problem, Mr. Appliance agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the inverter. I appreciate Mr. Appliance's willingness to find an equitable solution.

Terrible experience! I highly recommend anyone other than Mr. Appliance. Called them to look at my Whirlpool dishwasher. They came out and did a diagnostic and advised I needed a new motherboard. Ok, no problem. I agreed to let them do the work. I was told the part was out of stock but it should be available in a week or so. Again, no problem. Weeks turned into months and every time I called I got the runaround. This is a very common dishwasher and common part. Finally I said forget it and refund me. They refused to give a full refund. I feel scammed and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Stay away from this company!

What an unprofessional response. Excuses rather than accountability. Someone should not be charged ANYTHING when service was failed to be provided. I understand that a diagnosis was done, but I agreed to move forward with repairs which the waives that fee according to your policy. When you FAIL to then provide the actual repair, charging that fee is unethical and shady. Don’t make excuses about not being able to get the part, maybe use different vendors. Just a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with this company!

This company is the best. I was able to schedule quickly and get back up and running. My technician Don, was fast, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

Daniel repaired our dryer and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. Parts had to be ordered and he installed them as soon as they arrived. I will definitely call them for future appliance repairs.

My service tech Darrion was great! We purchased a Speed Queen clothes dryer a few years back and the place of purchase referred us to Mr. Appliance for warranty service on our unit. The call center was able to schedule us within a couple days of our call in, the tech came out, found a part that needed replacement, it was delivered to our house the next day, we called the call center back for scheduling Darrion to come back out, and Darrion was back out a few days later to replace the warrantied part. Simple part, simple problem, but after this experience we will be saving Darrion’s card for when a bigger problem comes our way! Thanks again for the service.

Had our dishwasher worked on by them, tech was great, however while manipulating the machine to replace the pump he inadvertantly loosened the water line to the machine.

This caused the machine to leak and ruin our floors, week of Christmas no less, they were very receptive and apologetic until the bills were submitted then I received a call from their general manager/owner (kept changing his story I can't get through to the original owner I talked to secretary just routes me to the belligerent one) he was extremely hostile and belligerent, was very condescending and he kept repeating not our fault, you can't prove it. Needless to say the conversation went nowhere.

Now I'm on the hook for 12,000$ in repairs and remediation.

Save yourself some headache and go with anyone else.
