Mr Appliance was able to get us scheduled quickly. David was friendly and found the problem with both appliances and gave us a price for the repairs. He made the repairs quickly and everything is working like new.

I’ve had issues with my washing machine multiple times this year. Daniel arrived for repairs. He was thorough, efficient, Friend , and overall very knowledgeable. If you want a job done right ask for Daniel he is top notch.

Chris (their tech) was timely and efficient. Easy in and out on the estimate (LOVE the booties), the repairs were just as simple. While I hope I don't need them any time soon, if you are looking for someone to call- This is the team.

Chris was prompt, friendly, and most importantly, competent. As a single LOL (little old lady) I am grateful for real service. It was like having a neighbor come over to help.

Prices are very reasonable and transparent.

Anthony was our technician for the repair of a washing machine. He was very polite on time and very efficient. He explained the whole process in detail and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely use you again if I could give 10 stars I would.

Our oven stopped working the day after Thanksgiving. I called Mr. Appliance and got an appointment for the following Wednesday. Justin Salapich, the gas appliance technician was on time, friendly, and efficient. He wore booties to protect our floors, found that the igniter was the issue, gave me a very reasonable quote, and installed the new part right away. I'm highly impressed with Mr. Appliance and Justin. I recommend this company!

I’m in tears after speaking with Kristy at Mr. Appliance. We were misdiagnosed three separate times on our dishwasher. Each time we were told it was an “easy fix” we could do ourselves. Every diagnosis was wrong, every repair they suggested was pointless, and they still charged us $160. We should have known when the plumber they supposedly partner with even says he refuses to recommend them because they are so bad.

When we asked for someone qualified to finally diagnose it correctly, Kristy said we’d have to pay the $160 again—because my husband followed the instructions their tech gave him. How does that make any sense? We trusted their technician. We were misdiagnosed three times. And somehow we’re expected to pay for their mistakes twice and trust they’ll finally send someone competent?

Kristy’s behavior was unbelievable. She was rude and dismissive. No empathy. No accountability. Just attitude. She said it was the owner’s decision and that management “might” get back to me in a few days.

We’ve already lost two weeks because their tech didn’t know what he was doing. Any reputable business would try to make this right. Mr. Appliance didn’t—they just tried to take more money.

Stay far away.

Our pump went out on our dishwasher. When contacting Mr Appliance they were thorough, professional and communication excelled. Daniel stopped by and quickly identified the issue. Mr Appliance ordered the part and it was fixed in a few days. We highly recommend and appreciate the customer service and professionalism from scheduling to install. Thanks to Daniel for his professionalism and for coming out on Christmas Eve. Quick fix and he let us know of other potential issues that might cause issues in the future. Great experience overall.

They’ve done 2 jobs at my house - replacing our dishwasher and fixing our oven.

Scheduling is easy, techs arrive on time and the prices are reasonable. They know what they are doing and you can feel confident they will fix your issue if it’s fixable or install your replaced appliances.

They don't charge you the diagnostic charge when they do the repair work so for me that’s a huge benefit of working with them. Would definitely recommend to friends/family and call them again when something inevitably breaks.

From the first call to confirm my booking to David who came to fix our oven, my experience with Mr. Appliance was excellent. I was able to book an appointment for the next day, I didn't have to wait around all day for the technician and communication was excellent. David our technician was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what was going on with our oven and fixed it right away. My experience was far better than with any appliance repair company I have had before. Highly recommend!
