I wish I had called Restoration 1 first. It is an honest company that won’t waste your money and will tell you all your options. I will always call them in case of future problems.

Our basement flooded (a sewer backup) in the wee hours of January 1st. It was like something out of a nightmare. But one phone call to Restoration 1 got them out here, the holiday notwithstanding, and down in the muck to begin mitigation almost immediately.
Mike pumped gallons and gallons of dirty water out of our basement, used dehumidifiers and filters to dry bare beams and clean the air, arranged for the cleaning of 30 years worth of basement contents (and a giant dumpster for the rest), used an antimicrobial agent on the walls, studs, and floors-- and what's more, he got us through the painful and tedious process with a smile! He even brought masks and shoe covers for us.
The basement now looks miles better than it did before the flood, and I'm so happy that Mike was here to help us. He's a pro and an all-around super nice guy. I'd give more stars if I could. Thank you!!

Sent 2 children for restoration after my basement flooded. They did nothing and left saying we were "all good" Basement carpet is still soaking the flooring is bubbling and the corner of a closet STILL HAS WATER IN IT.! There is not telling what is growing in the sheetrock!

Mike and Arybella are such an amazing group to work with. They're caring and know that when you're going through something traumatic like a fire or flood to treat you with kindness, compassion, and respect. It's not just your things that are damaged during something like this--it's your sense of security. They care about everyone they talk to and help.

When we had to call them, they were quick to respond and took care of everything quickly and helped us reclaim that security and return to some normalcy. My husband also used to work in property restoration, so he knows when a company skips steps or doesn't really know what they're doing, and Restoration One really knows what they're doing. They are the only people I will be calling if I ever have a fire, flood, or smoke damage.

Came home from camping with a ceiling leak, called Restoration one Ryan P was here same day! He was the best. Very professional, informative, and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them!

They showed up quickly, which was appreciated, but did not do a complete job as I've been advised that removal of sub floor that was soaked in the flood, should have been removed. Now I have to hire someone to do that in addition to everything they did remove because they don't actually "restore" anything, so the name is very misleading. They showed up without an appointment to retrieve their equipment, which is discourteous at best.

Restoration 1 has been nothing but an absolute pleasure to work with. They completed their work in a very timely manor and did an excellent job! We truly appreciate all of their hard work and time. The owners have an absolutely wonderful attitude which makes working with them so extremely easy. Thank you Restoration 1 for all of your efforts!!

These guys were great, Michael (Mike) is who I communicated with most and was an absolute pleasure. A lot of the time I was frazzled and stressed but he was so reassuring and patient. They did a great job of letting me know what was happening and what needed to happen next, and then billed my insurance directly so I didn't have to stress about it. If I have another disaster I know exactly who to call! Thank you!

Recently we needed an air filter to clean the air of our home after getting carpet installed. Restoration 1 has the best prices of anywhere I called and Mike was so helpful and went out of his way, driving all the way to Denver the day I called to get the specific filter that we needed! Excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend!

I have just been so impressed with Mike during all of this. Accidentally flooded out my apt recently and the owners contracted Restoration 1 to come out.

Mike has been super friendly, knowledgeable, flexible with my schedule, and responsive. They came out the same day it all happened (Sunday) and were able to began managing the water damage right away.
He's answered all my questions and had just been super pleasant throughout the entire process.

Had a water pipe spring a leak on Xmas eve. Within 4 hours they had a team out to assess damage and start mitigation. For the next week I received a phone call almost everyday from them wanting to check on the situation to see what they needed to do. They worked with my insurance from the start. Every employee that came to my house was friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and was able to put me at ease. Even my insurance company was surprised how quickly these guys responded and had everything taken care of. Could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish.

One of the worst experiences of my life.

They quoted us $7,000 - $8,000 and then tried to charge us over $26,000!

It took over 3 years to resolve!!

The work they did wasn't even worth the 7-8 thousand, let alone over 26k.... That's High Way Robbery!

We had our house pre-inspected ahead of selling it. The inspector found possible mold in the attic. I found Restoration1 highly recommended on NextDoor and gave them a call. Mike, the owner was very responsive and helpful. Two of his employees came right out and took a look. I was provided an estimate the next day, we scheduled the work for the following week. The 2 men who performed the work were very polite and took care not to bump walls or get the carpet dirty. The work took them quite a while in the hot attic, but they did a great job, first killing the mold and then sealing it off. All for a very reasonable price. we would definitely recommend Restoration1.

I am a commercial GC & needed mitigation services for a water heater leak in a medical clinic we were completing. Restoration 1 responded very quickly & professionally. They did an excellent job & I would highly recommend them.
