Restoration 1 of Northern Colorado came to our rescue. We were struggling to find a water mitigation company to come to us because of the rural area we live in and they stepped up. Not only did they come to us but they did an awesome and quick job drying out our basement. They were kind, professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend (and have) Restoration 1 of Northern Colorado.

These are the best humans in the entire world!!! Where can I even begin? I guess ill begin at the beginning: when my basement flooded unexpectedly one evening and we didn’t find the flood til 10pm. I turned to google and asked “what do you do when your basement floods at night?” And turns out the answer is to call the Restoration 1 team! They came out at 11pm and stayed til 2 am sucking up all the water and doing the initial work to start the drying process. from that day forward they were kind, professional, easy to reach, and very open to all our questions. They did amazing work and were professionals every step of the way. I love them all, especially shout out to Brandon who was our main point of contact. I miss seeing them in my house to be honest.

We had a horrible storm that came through and flooded our basement. I called Restoration 1 not knowing where to even start and they were on it right away. From start to finish they were very professional and answered ALL of my questions and completed the work that needed to be done. We truly are so grateful for everyone involved in our project and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

dont be fooled... the proprietor has a long record of mistreating his labor, over billing his clients, and cutting corners on things such as safety and material quality. my advice... double check everything.

Annoyed by the incessant Restricted calls I get with ads from this company.

No personal experience dealing with them as I am not a homeowner... No need to call me. I would like to know where my number was purchased from for cold calls.

Buyer beware. Repairing again work done 8 years ago. Used inferior shingles that continue to delaminate . Several leaks around windows & skylights

Had a crew of non English speaking workers but they did ok. Was to give $100.00. for referral but now NO will call or send the money

So sick of Majestic Roofing calling my phone number from “unknown” caller ID and leaving voicemails advertising their company. I’m not even a home owner and if I was I would never use a company that aggressively advertises with robo calls.
