They did a great job telling me that my roof did have hail damage and needed to be replaced. They were quick, affordable and did a great job cleaning up. Told all my neighbors about them. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted Majestic Roofing to get a 2nd opinion and estimate on a leaky skylight, and was treated very poorly by the contractor who called me back. I told him what the problem was, and that we were looking for a second opinion. He said he could come out, but that he didn’t really need to, since he figured it was probably a cracked lens (which is not what our original estimate told us). I told him that I’d feel more comfortable if he came out and looked at it, but he insisted that he didn’t need to. Then he told me he didn’t want to do an estimate because he didn’t want to waist his time with paper work, and then he hung up on me.

I found it interesting that Majestic Roofing advertises a strong belief in customer service on their website (“As a contractor, we feel an obligation to educate you so that your decision is one you can feel comfortable making. Customer service is a concept we feel very strongly about and apply all our resources to ensure it. We approach every job as it was our own and you should expect no less.”). This was just not my experience.

If anyone needs a roof done, DO NOT USE MAJECTIC ROOFING. Its the worst company ive had to deal with. They did my roof 8 years ago and i had some minor difficulties with them. But they did eventually take care of thd problem after a little argument. Well now they contacted me a few months ago wondering if id lo et them take care of my roof again. I figured whh not. They fixed me up last time. Well they did my roof and i noticed some big waves in the roofing. Well after getting up there twice and with thier guys it was determined the decking was warped. Ive had to fight to get them to come back and repair the ripple that should have been fixed when they tore the roof off. These guys were arguing that this was an existing problem. My argument is that no matter if it was existing or not it needed repaired so when i do sell my house other house inspectors wont be questioning the spot. Well lucky i hadnt paid thdm yet. They are wanting payment now and now they are at my house fixing the issue. Yes they are taking care of the issue bit its been a struggle.
The second issue was after they put the roof on. They were supposed to have a gutter company come in and do my gutters. Well my insurance company informed me they are wanting way to much for the job. I jad to pull the work from them and take on finding gutter people myself. I found some and all estimates csme in on point with my insurance company. So im not sure what Majestic roofing was trying to pull.
Third is the initial invoice. Way more than insurance allowed for. By law these companies are to be working together. And i know they were in contact with my insurance company so they had the totals available. Majestic tried charging 3000 more for the job and sent the invoice to me. Lol. I wrote an email back. They sent another invoice for the proper amount but then left out the discount for having the company sign in my yard. So on top of the labor headache i had the billing headache. These guys are sneaky. They are trying to squeeze every dime out of you. They are a slap and go roofing company that doesnt supervise their projects. You have been warned people.

Majestic roofing did my roof. In the process of putting on the new roof, they destroyed ceilings and other items in my house (they had to replace boards and didn't even replace the number of boards agreed to), vents were smashed on the roof, flashing was installed upside down. Then when I asked them to fix the damage they said they would give me a minimal discount, not enough to cover the damages. I payed them some money in good faith and when the roof did not pass inspection I did not hear from them for an entire year. An entire year later -out of nowhere- they claimed to have fixed my roof and that it passed inspection. I have not received notification that the roof has passed inspection, yet the owner is verbally harassing me for payment. The owner is very rude and very unprofessional. Please DO NOT use this roofing company.

I hired Majestic roofing to do my roof, siding windows, skirting door and shed. They subcontracted the windows door, skirting siding out to Middleton contracting. Which happens to be the salesman son. I could go on with a story that it would take you three months to read, which is exactly how long it took him to finish this job. And my house is a 14 x 70 mobile home. They were paid in full and when deficiencies were noticed and brought to their attention, I was told they don’t like being told what to do so they’re not fixing anything. I’m still waiting for them to finish the shed. Which I don’t see happening. During this entire time I was met with unprofessionalism to the point of bullying.
I’ve had to hire three more contractors to repair damages caused by their deficiencies that they were unwilling to address.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I waited seven months to write this, hoping that they would take the many opportunities that I granted them to do the right thing. They did send a guy out to insulate around the windows and replace the door knob on my brand new door. But according to him, he was instructed not to fix or repair any damages or any deficiencies other than that. Apparently this minimalistic effort was enough to get the Better Business Bureau off their backs, and close my case against them.

Majestic Roofing was hired last July to repair hail damage to our roof. After the job was done, issues were found by me, the city inspector, and others. Robert was willing to meet, discuss, and negotiate with us. I believe there is now a process in place that will result in an acceptable roof. I consider this a good gesture by Majestic. After a long delay, we are looking forward to having all repairs completed.

I am an actual property owner. A certain bad reviewer here is not. I have had a total of 5 roofs done on different properties since 2009. The service I have received from Majestic Roofing has been excellent. Roofs were installed in a timely fashion, they helped with insurance claims and the cash price on a roof was very reasonable. Roofs look excellent 6 years later. If you are considering a roof in the state of Colorado, I would choose Majestic Roofing. I am angry that anyone can post a review online to try and destroy this exceptional company. I have given Majestic Roofing my contact information and permission to use it with potential customers. BTW, I have no relationship with Majestic Roofing and they did not ask me to write this review. Thanks!

I recently had Majestic Roofing LLC perform a repair job on my residential roof. Overall, the people I dealt with were very professional. They gave my roof a thorough inspection and indicated that the repair could be completed much quicker and cheaper than I thought. The repair team was very professional, arrived on time, completed with work without a significant disruption to my family and were very through in cleaning up after the job was complete.

Overall, I was very pleased with the work that was completed and the professionalism of the team.

Despite my hesitation and against my better judgement, the GM, Danny and Sarah assured me that they, being the face of the company under new management, was the company to utilize and boy were they right. It was the most efficient claims process I have ever encountered and I have been through quite a few. Even after, having done with what they said they were going to do, they went above and beyond, and upgraded my home to a class 4 shingle free of charge. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares that is passionate about what they do, and the relationships that they create in our local community it would behoove you to call them and see what they can do for you.

I am so pleased that I gave Majestic Roofing a chance despite some very old and poor reviews. Danny and Sarah, have went above and beyond the normal to ensure that I was taken care of during the entire process. From claim to production. If you are looking for someone to maximize your claim, or you're looking for a impeccable installed roof I implore you to use Majestic Roofing. You won't be disappointed.

P.S.They installed a class 4 Impact Resistant shingle as a free upgrade to boot!!!

Casey has been the man helping me with the the hole process making it easy even when we hit road blocks with insurance or loan company's! The work done to my home is 110% perfect and couldn't ask for a better turn out! if you want to trust a person to get the job done right and help you through the process Casey is the guy to ask for!

I only needed a roof on a part of my house. When Paul inspected the other part of my roof which was older, he was honest about its condition. He did not try and sell me anything that I did not need. He finished his work as promised and did a great job. I highly recommend.

We are in the process of buying a new home and needed an estimate for inspection issues with the roof. Paul went out the same day we inquired of his services and gave us his professional opinion for the cost that evening. The roof ended up being under warranty with another company but Paul’s estimated costs were much lower for more work completed. Customer service throughout the estimate process was awesome and we will definitely use Universal Roofing Solutions for any needs in the future!

As far as roofing specialists go, these guys are absolutely top notch. I would recommend these guys 12/10. If you need an honest, hardworking, dedicated group then look no further!

Darrick and crew showed up and saved the day when we needed our roof replaced last minute before the sale of our house.

They snuck in between snow storms and got the roof replaced really fast and without any fuss so we could continue the closing of the sale!

John replaced our roof 2 years ago everything was easy and we picked a new color for the roof. When they finished he said let me know if you ever need anything. Monday I was trying to move a couch and called him jokingly asking for a hand….he showed up a hour later and said “alright show me where it is and where you want it” CRS is a really good group of guys

Dealt with Zach and he handled everything. We had work done to our roof as well as having the house painted. Zach kept us in the loop on progress of the work and checked in with us regularly to see if we have questions. Hopefully we don't NEED their services again but if we do, we will do so happily
