I worked with Zach when I called CRS and he was amazing from day one. I called because we had some cracks in our skylights and wanted an inspection. He came out quickly and identified hail damage to the roof of the house, garage and all gutters! Once we realized the extent of the damage, he helped me submit a claim that same day. Through the entire process, I felt like I had someone on my team. He understands what it's like to be a home owner in need of repairs and how daunting it can be to overcome. They are super knowledgeable on city codes and ensure everything is done properly. I can't recommend this local company enough! They will work with you every step of the way. Schroeder Roofing does excellent work and their prices are competitive. They replaced the roof, gutters and downspouts on an apartment building after a severe hail storm. Greg is really cool and has always been helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend them!

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would!! What an amazing group of people! The roof and gutters they installed look so beautiful and well put together. The job was complete faster than the expected time frame. My yard was left clean and debris free. The billing process was hassle free. I could really go on and on about how wonderful my experience was with Schroeder Roofing, Jason, and his staff.
It's almost a shame that it's a 25 year roof, I may never need their services again. But I will suggest them to everyone!

Jason at Schroeder Roofing helped us get approval from the Insurance Company to get the roof replaced following the insurance adjuster's initial inspection that identified only superficial damage (even though all our neighbors had already been approved for entire roof replacements). He was very thorough in walking us through our first roof replacement and insurance claim. Job was well done, with follow up "touch ups" to make sure the job was done right. Would definitely recommend...!

I had a great experience with Schroeder Roofing. Jason was a pleasure to work with. He did everything he said he would do, project was finished on time, and he was an excellent interface between me and my insurance company. And my roof looks great! I highly recommend this company.

After my neighborhood was hit with a pretty bad hail storm, one of my neighbors recommended that I talk to Greg Koch who is one of Schroeder's project managers. Greg came out and did a very thorough inspection of the damage to the house. At that time he assured me that he would help me navigate through any problems I might have with my insurance coverage. He came out again when the insurance adjuster was here and pointed out some of the things the adjuster missed. When i got the first report back from the insurance co. Greg had to contact them again to explain some of the new codes and standards that had changed over the years. After a few more times of some back and forth communicating he finally got the ok to proceed with construction. I did not have pay a dime over what my deductible was. He also recommended someone to do the siding and the painting of the house. Every crew that came to the house to do the roofing, the siding, the painting and the gutters were not only very competent, they were just very nice people. I very highly recommend Greg and Schroeder Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof.

I worked with Jason Dubois on a situation involving a real estate transaction where the seller was required to replace the roof. He was so communicative throughout. He got me an estimate immediately, met with an insurance adjuster at the property and when that was denied, he clearly understood what was involved when the money from the seller's proceeds had to go into escrow. As soon as there was an opportune time, he made sure the roof got replaced in order to comply with the lender's time requirement. He also met with the new owners so they could make the shingle choices. Jason definitely made this whole situation way less stressful than it would have been without him. Thank you so much Jason!!
