Excellent work, fast, professional. Everything was completed on schedule and passed Larimer County inspection. Quality materials. They cleaned up when finished and even cleaned my gutters. Overal I was very Impressed.

We had a 5-star experience with Schroeder Roofing. The price was more than competitive and the workmanship was top-notch. Shingles were delivered the day before. Workmen arrived at 6:30 AM the next day and immediately started to work. 95% was completed in one day with just a few touch-ups required on the day following.

The sales manager, Greg Koch, was very knowledgeable amd explained both the products and the installation procedure. We learned more in 30 minutes with Greg than with the two other companies bidding on the same job. Schroeder was also less expensive for our "best-in-class" Class 4 product.

Clean-up after the job was very thorough and meticulous.

We were in the process of selling our house when the inspection came back with hail damage to our roof. We needed a full roof replacement. Jason went and met with our insurance adjuster, explained everything to us, and got the work done in just a few days! We thank God that we found Scheoeder Roofing when we did. We didn’t even have to push back our closing date. Everything was simple and straightforward and they did an excellent job.

Very good experience with Schroeder Roofing. Jason worked with my insurance company to ensure the correct documentation was submitted for full coverage. Jason explained the process very thoroughly and even came out to inspect the roof with the claims adjuster. It started with a professional assessment by Greg Koch; a complete professional! Upon ripping the hail-damaged roof, they discovered the entire decking would also need to be brought up to code, so they pulled additional workers in to help with the added task of removing decking, purchasing material and installation.
They took all necessary pictures so I could supplement my claim with the deck replacement.
This was as professional as it gets. Thrilled with these guys and grateful I had Greg giving the play-by-play with all the paperwork.

So my house was unfortunately hit by a storm which consisted of baseball sized hail and completely totaled my roof. This is my first house and was honestly the first claim I have ever had to make. I was absolutely terrified of going through the process of filing a claim, searching for a contractor and getting repairs done without being totally ripped off…

I made a few calls and Schroeder sent out Jason who immediately got on my roof, took photos then proceeded to spend almost an hour with me answering my questions and walking me step by step through the process. He noticed damage on my siding, gutters, and fence as well. So after he contacted my insurance company, he managed to get my entire roof replaced, all of my gutters replaced, and my entire house painted and even the fence stained!

I was kept in the loop with the back and forth discussions with my insurance company but other than choosing colors, it was a “hands off” experience for me! Within a couple of months and several reviews by Jason, i had received 3 checks from my insurance company and Schroeder was ready to get some crews up to start the work.

The roof was completed in a day, the painting/staining took about a 3 days, and the gutters a half day at the end. There was a different crew for each task but all of them were incredibly professional and even the neighbors were impressed at the level of cleanliness and speed at which they worked!

After talking with all my neighbors and comparing the experience they had with other roofing companies, we all agreed that i walked away with the best work (and the least out of pocket cost!) amongst all of us!

I would absolutely use Schroeder for any and all roofing/repair work again! The level of patience Jason showed with all my questions and the overall experience i had with the actual crews working on my house makes the choice easy. Would give 6 stars if I could!

We had several companies bid the job to install gutters on our home. and barn, Lion was the best price and we were very satisfied with their quality and workmanship. We recommend that you call them .

I had Ricardo come out to look at an issue I had with a soffit. He did a thorough check and found that my roof had hail damage, I had a leak above that soffit and that my gutters were drastically under sized and i did not have enough down spouts. They helped me with the insurance process and were able to help me get double from my insurance company and force them to pay for code upgrades.

They sent out a fantastic crew that completed the roof in one day and the best part is they spent time to clean up any mess they left, I was worried about nails being left behind, but that was not something I worried about after they spent 2 hours cleaning up from the side of my house all the way into the street.

Then they sent out a great crew to take care of the gutters. They look fantastic.

Then they sent out a specialist to fix the soffit.

The whole process was great. They addressed any concerns I had with in a day or faster.

I now have no worries about the roof and gutters from the next 20 years of my home.

The project manager assigned to me was Ted B. Ted was the original person I spoke with and when he first came to my house we talked for about 30 minutes as to what needed to be done. He provided some recommendations as well as listened to my comments and acknowledge that he heard my concerns. Out of the three roofing company people I spoke with, I found Ted to be the most professional. I gave my business to Lion Roofing & Gutters and was happy I did. Ted kept me in the loop during the entire repair process to make sure I was kept informed on what was going on. I had many questions along the way and Ted answered everyone one of them patiently. I absolutely strongly recommend Lion Roofing for your roofing repairs or replacements. If you're lucky to get Ted B. as your project manager, you'll sleep easy knowing he's managing the job thoroughly and making sure all is going well.

Scott R. and team did a nice job with my gutter project. They helped re-route some downspouts, increased gutter size, and downspout size to handle more water flow. They had some equipment issues early in the project that didn't allow them to finish on Day 1, but they quickly communicated with me and set a reasonable expectation on when they'd come back to wrap-up. Overall happy with the outcome and working with Lion.

Quick shout out to Lion Roofing and Gutters….. Drake came over yesterday provide a fast FRIENDLY and very professional quote and THEN had a crew at our house within 90 minutes to fix our skylight. We woke up to rain this morning but NO leaking!!!! I NEVER pull the trigger on a repair project unless I have 2 quotes minimum - but I trusted Drake and am so glad I did. Ted is our representative working with us right now and he's phenomenal!! He tries to keep us in the loop about everything going on which is important to us since we work long hours! We did have some poor communication when he went out of town and a coworker of his took over.... but it was taken care of. We're currently still waiting on other work to be done but everything else they have completed looks phenomenal!!! Would recommend for sure!!!

My experience with Lion roofing was at first not satisfactory because of there 500 dollar minimum charge. We have worked out this issue and they have done quality work for me at a fair price. I would use there services again

Ted did not do a good job, he did an outstanding job! His knowledge of the product, the installation process and proper procedures to deal with the insurance company is second to none! He is always on time for meetings and explains everything in great detail. He has the most upbeat and positive attitude of anyone I have ever met!!

Worked with Drake and Lion to get our roof and gutters replaced. They were able to work with insurance directly to get as large of a claim as possible and worked with us to make sure we could get everything we wanted replaced. The work itself was fast, each the roof and gutters were done in less than a day. They were collaborative with all the gutter designs to make sure we were able to mitigate any problem areas the previous design had and were quick to make adjustments as we saw fit. Overall, we are happy with the work they did.
