Lee set up a time to do a small concrete job for me. He contacted me the day before saying that he would be there the next morning between 7:30-8:30am but he never showed. Calls and texts were never answered. I can't attest to the quality of this contractor's work since he never showed up to do the work. Luckily, he wasn't paid in advance.

Lee was great to work with. He took the time to discuss our plans in detail to ensure our satisfaction before starting. Great communication through out the entire process. Lee and his team are some of the best people out there. When I called him, he said he could be at my house later that day. He arrived early and was very nice to work with. When other concrete contractors don't even call you back, it is a breath of fresh air to have such prompt service. He provided a quote within 24 hours and we hired him. He puts a lot of attention to the prep work and when the concrete arrived, his team jumped into action and delivered a great patio.

We initially hired this contractor to replace the concrete on our driveway and patio. The contractor and his team did a fantastic job; they were very professional and kind.

Impressed by their work and professionalism, we entrusted them with a larger project, including a flagstone walkway, retaining wall, grass removal, tree removal, tilling, and more.

While the work started smoothly, issues arose over time. The contractor seemed to forget several details discussed with my wife, who manages our landscape designs. Reviewing their text communications, it became clear that the contractor struggled to document and translate our requests accurately. This lack of organization led to multiple oversights, such as failing to cap a broken sprinkler we had notified them about before installing the flagstone over it.

Although they appeared flexible with design changes, this flexibility was mostly an illusion since the changes were poorly tracked.

The most troubling aspect was the gaslighting about what was requested. Despite clear text messages outlining our requests, the contractor often claimed we had asked for something different.

I'm extremely disappointed by the gaslighting and disorganization. With better communication and professional negotiation of changes, we could have had another great experience and given a 5-star review.

Loveland Roofing replaced my roof, gutters and a fascia board. My house is over 100 years old and they removed 2 layers of shake and 1 layer of asphalt on top.
Logan and his crew did a great job on everything including cleanup.
I received 4 estimates and Logan's was the least expensive. In fact, one of the estimates was almost double Logan's estimate. So, if you're getting multiple estimates like I did, I highly recommend getting an estimate from Loveland Roofing.
