Very poor customer service. Would not agree to a written quote and told me I didn’t say certain things which I have on video. Argued with me after showing proof on the quote. Didn’t show up on first scheduled repair day and didn’t even start work on second scheduled repair day. Now I still have a damaged roof.

Did an amazing job on our roof. Extremely fast and great customer service. Had my roof done in one day. Highly recommend this company to everyone!!!!! Absolutely amazing!!!!!!

Dave was honest and fair with the estimate. He completed the job weeks before schedule to ensure our closing was not impacted. He was in constant contact with me throughout the process and has been in touch a couple of times afterwards too. He was always able to respond quickly to emails and any missed calls. I highly recommend him and his team for quality work that is integrity based!

It was time to replace the roof after 25 years and I called around to get a few quotes. Loveland Roofing was priced right in line with their competitors. I chose them because they had replaced a roof on my rental property a few years earlier and had done an excellent job. Karrla and Logan were super responsive to questions I had about the install. The install team was super fast and friendly. They were here right on time and finished the job in 1.25 days by working hard and kicking aash. Great local company to work with.

Being a small business owner is tough. In today’s environment, many small businesses have to rely on ‘good-will’, to keep their small business operating.
I recently requested Loveland Roofing to review a problem I was having. The technician sent to us was a true ‘ambassador of good-will’. He was at my home at the scheduled time and tried several things to determine and correct the problem. After trying to solve my issue on a hot day, he gave me the final report that the motor for my attic fan was dead. After all of that work, he wished me a good day, and said that he’d be glad to replace the motor or attic fan when I was ready.

Loveland Roofing did a wonderful job on my roof replacement! They added additional ventilation of some sort in the process to help keep the upstairs of the house from getting so hot this summer. They also replaced my terribly outdated sunlight as well as verified everything was sealed well around my newly installed solar tube. Logan and his crew were professional and efficient. To top it off, at the end of the work day, they cleaned up so well after themselves I think the yard was cleaner when they left than it was when they started. Great company to work with - highly recommend.

Loveland Roofing just replaced the roof for my 85 year old mother. Logan was very helpful and kind throughout the process. Even a minor problem with the gutter replacement was handled immediately and resolved the same day. Loveland Roofing recently did a large roof for my family. Logan and his crew of roofers are extremely knowledgeable and talented in what they do. They assisted me from start to finish with a hail claim on our property, and I didn’t have to do much more than answer a few calls and pick a color. When the roof was finished the crew cleaned everything perfectly, left the property looking much nicer than they found it, even cleaning our gutters and picking up debris they didn’t create. Huge thank you to Loveland Roofing, I would highly recommend to anyone for any roofing needs.

They scammed us and did Not use the correct shingles that were required for the Loveland City Code!!! Loveland required Class 4 shingles as of June 2022. Our roof was installed Nov. 2022 with Class 3!!

Just want to say that Logan and his team did a fantastic job on my roof replacement after the hail storm came through loveland in 2024. Scheduling, material delivery, installation, and cleanup all went great, no issues. I would highly recommend using them if you get a chance!

I appreciate their willingness to help me track down a shingle type for the new owner of a roof they completed a number of years ago. As a fellow roofer, it's nice to see folks willing to help each other out.

To start, I am an engineer and am very detailed oriented. Discovered Logan and Loveland Roofing who was replacing a neighbor’s roof. I watched him and his crew meticulously install the roof. I would never accept anyone to do a major installation and I have had Logan and Loveland Roofing install 4! Four Roofs for me without an issue and it has been 5 years since install. I even had the roofs inspected again for preparation for a sale. The feedback came back that the “roof looks like it’s only two weeks old”.
