They asked good questions about our windows, and what we wanted from the service. Ben repeatedly checked in during the cleaning to make sure it was being done well (it was -- his crew is awesome), as well as following up with a personal phone call. I have had 3 other companies in Fort Collins clean my windows over past decade and this is by far the best. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and left no mess. I mention mess because I have had dirty water carpet stains, as well as broken window parts, by other companies. MVWW is a class act. I had been wanting my windows cleaned when Casey came to our door offering their services. Their technology sounded like it simplified the process. This was our first professional window cleaning service in 20 years. We have an older home. Two-stories. They were undaunted. It took 5 hours. Very pleasant team. I only had to do light clean-up after they finished. Quote was very reasonable. We paid them more because they're worth it. I can't stop staring out my windows!

Casey and Andrew are miracle workers! Our windows have never been so clean. They even managed to clean some hard to reach windows that I wasn’t even sure could be cleaned. One window was over twenty feet high. One was in a corner under a deck. They were cheerful, courteous and respectful. You can tell they enjoy their job. The price was right. Can’t recommend enough!

Casey did an awesome job on our windows! He went the extra mile to make sure they were sparkly clean and the frames around the windows were clean. We had to call him to catch some dark drips from an upstairs window, which wasn’t his fault, just unknown dirt build up in window frame. He promptly came back, cleaned, at no charge. Great Service. I had my carpets cleaned 6 months ago, and was pleased with the results. Got a postcard about a 6 month touch up for spots and traffic area. Had the touch-up done today. Sean and Travis did a wonderful job. Very friendly, showed up on time, and was worked quickly. They went above and beyond in cleaning the areas I requested.

We've had several carpet cleaning services before and while they were all adequate Koala T was far superior in their service. We were able to get an appointment within a couple of days of calling and they (called first) showed up early on the day of cleaning. They even provided shoe covers for us to use after they were gone. Mike and Vince were professional and hard working. Our light-colored carpet now looks as good as new. We highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Eric was on time, very professional and very fast. I booked the appointment the day before and was thrilled he could come so quickly. We are in a rental home where we told that they cleaned the carpets before we moved in. The carpet now looks brand new and absolutely clean! All the pet damage has been cleaned up and I am happy!! Amazing! From booking to payment was a smooth process. They even worked with our funky schedule. Matt was professional and thorough. Fantastic job! Office staff was very helpful and the technician very courteous and did a great job cleaning very dirty carpet. Landlord so pleased with the result that the rent deposit was refunded! I will definitely use Koala T for any future carpet cleaning needs.
