Koala T Carpet Cleaning has cleaned the carpets in our home once or twice a year for over 10 years. They do a great job making our carpets clean. When spots show up again afterwards, they're always happy to come back for touch ups. And their always friendly, professional, and on time. Eric is awesome. He has been our go to for the past 4 years that we’ve had our carpet cleaned. We have white rugs and two dogs so we would get them cleaned twice a year. He has always been able to get any stains out and make our carpet look beautiful! We even had oil stains from dog bones on ours and he got those stains out. He is the best we’ve tried and we’ve tried quite a few before him. Don’t think twice about using him- just do it! He’s the best!

Great company! Estimator (the owner, actually) showed up on time, spent a lot of time listening to my story (involving a bunny rabbit squatter) and answered all of my questions. He gave a fair price and I decided to have the work done. Again, the carpet professional who did the work showed up on time, answered more questions, and performed the work as promised. The carpet looks and smells so much better. I was really pleased with everything. I have hired several other companies previously; I would not use them again. Koala T is the first company I plan to rehire for the next job and would highly recommend them to anyone - ESPECIALLY if you've had previously sub-par carpet cleaning experiences.
