We had a great experience using Koala T! We wanted to get our upstairs carpeting cleaned and they worked with our schedule to break up the job into two days which really helped us with two small kids. Great work, pricing was competitive, and we love supporting a local business!

We have used Koala T for our business carpet cleaning for several years, and just had them out last week for duct cleaning. They do a great job, I highly recommend them.

Very fast and communicative. It took them less than an hour for 2 bedrooms, stairs to the basement plus landing, and small living space area. During consultation and post cleaning both workers explained the process and procedures 72hrs after. They were great to answer EVERY question I had. 10/10 recommend.

Great and fast service. Came to treat areas my senior cat peed on and will come out for a total of 3 times to renew the treatment until it works. So far so good and my cat is no longer even interested in those spots. The stuff they use to treat cat urine is the strongest stuff on the market and the only thing we have done that works.

Jeremy steam cleaned my carpets yesterday and I couldn’t be more delighted. Some of my carpet is over 20yo and he still managed to get almost all the stains out. I am pleased to give him my highest recommendation.

Absolutely love working with these guys! They came and did my dryer duct when I got a new dryer so we could start off with a clean pallet. I could not believe how much build up was in there! Most recently, my dog was sick all over my carpet and they managed to get me in the very next business day. The color difference from the carpets that they did versus the ones I had them skip is astonishing.

I also was not expecting how lovely and fresh they would smell, and how quickly they would dry! You don't realize just her nose blind do you get after three dogs until these guys come in and work their magic.

We had a very sick kitty that had a lot of accidents on the carpet. Koala T pre-treated the stains before cleaning, and looking at the carpet now you would never know. The carpet looks and smells fantastic!

Paul came and did a 5 area job which included pet stain and odor removal. He arrived on time and took him about 2 hours to finish the job. He was extremely friendly and prompt, answered any questions we had and did a fantastic job! There was no strong chemical odor and left our home smelling so good! Thank you so much! We will be using their service again if needed in the future.
