I called and scheduled an appointment. It had to be cancelled due to weather, which is understandable. We rescheduled and he had something come up so he cancelled again. On the last reschedule, he did not show up. I called the next day to follow up, where I was told I would be called when they were on the way to the office and would be called back to reschedule. I never received that phone call or an appointment. Truly disappointing since they were recommended by a friend.

I would highly recommend Heaberlin Lawn Care. We have used several of their services including fall and spring clean up, sprinkler blow out, aeration, fertilization, etc and they do a fantastic job. Very professional and responsive.

This is a very professional company. They are priced well and do a good job. I did have a sprinkler head get damaged when they aerated and sometimes have communication issues but they far exceed most companies I have used.

Chris & his crew do a fantastic job removing our snow and aerating our yard. I am very particular with my yard and have no issues trusting Chris and his crew to take great care of it, year round.

Just hire them, you won’t be disappointed! Not only was Chris honest and respectful, but they did a quick and outstanding job. This was our first cut of the year and the three man crew tackled it like it was nothing. Too bad I can’t them six stars!

While I understand that damage to a tree can happen in the course of mowing the owners response to our email with photos of the damage was unacceptable. The email response was essentially a blow off of my concerns. The tree damage is almost 12 inches of bark removed and his response was "it will be fine" without even looking at the damage in person. We have had delays in services, delays in invoices. He was verbally aggressive on the phone and informed me I was being judgmental because I was expecting professionalism. Because I couldn't get anywhere on the phone because he was yelling, I hung up on his rant. He then blew up my phone with multiple calls. I would highly recommend against using Heaberlin.

Have used Heaberlin Lawn Care for three years now. Jon and Chris do a great job and recently worked with all their customers when everything had to be rescheduled due to snow. They worked through the weekend to catch up. Do a great job taking care of my lawn (mowing, sprinklers, aeration).

Chris and Josh of Heaberlin go the extra mile in seeing that my yard and lawn maintenance is done to my satisfaction. Even in this recent stretch of rainy weather they have managed to stay on schedule, working weekends when necessary. I would highly recommend their services for anyone in need of lawn care.

Heaberlin Lawn Care is an exceptional company. How do words even come close to describing our awesome experience with them? We were in a bind needing immediate horse manure removal off of our property after recent storms and an unhappy landlord; they responded to us within a couple of hours and a crew of them came out on last minutes notice on a SUNDAY and got the job done in a couple of hours. They were polite, professional and talented with proper needed equipment. They were more concerned about helping make the community a better place AND the customer in need then anything else. The price blew us away at how reasonable they were. In todays society it is hard to find a company like this one, and how refreshing it was. We strongly recommend them and will be using this company from now on for any land and/or pasture needs. They are stellar. Thank you guys!

Heaberlin Lawn Care was hired to replace Westfield Pools previous contractor of 10 years. Chris always responded the same day with questions or concerns. Their cost was within line of the pools budget and Chris's attention to items that needed to be fixed or replaced is appreciated by the Board of Directors. They highly recommend Heaberlin and Chris's team.

The quote that Chris gave us for installing a sprinkling system in your yard was notably below other quotes, particularly given the high quality materials (Rain Bird) they used. Chris and John are very pleasant to work with, thoughtful in the work they did, and their crew was very respectful and hard working - even when the weather was incredibly hot. They came up with a great plan for how to lay out the system and took time explaining how to work it. On a couple of occasions I had to make a follow-up call to check in on the timeline for starting our project/getting it scheduled but I believe that was more a reflection of the fast-growing nature of the business/high demand. We'll continue to use this company in the future for our landscaping needs, would definitely recommend them!
