We are so happy with the work Tri City did in our backyard! Titus provided excellent design ideas in his estimate of our project. The work was completed in a timely manner and was thorough and detailed. Thank you Titus and team!

We highly recommend Titus Winchel (owner, foreman and designer) with Tri City Sprinklers & Landscaping and his wonderful team (Caleb and Keith) for your landscaping & sprinkler needs.

Ours was a very large project. The front yard had been neglected for 2 years, and our backyard consisted of weeds and dirt. The project required a vision, design and affordable approach. Titus had the knowledge and expertise to turn our dreams into reality.

One of the things we admired most was how personable and approachable Titus was. He was always open to discussing modifications, and his flexibility was much appreciated. Titus' "old school" approach of hard work and taking pride in his project showed as Titus was present working alongside of his team ninety-five percent of the time as the phases unfolded. In addition, he was more than willing to rent necessary equipment to grind tree stumps, till the soil, pick up and deliver rock, sod and plantings to stay within our budget. We have not found many landscapers that relish the opportunity to see a project unfold from beginning to end with such determination and grit.

Throughout the many stages of the project, Titus and his team showed complete transparency, honesty and integrity. We trusted them implicitly. Often we were not present during the initial phases and had to rely on photos and communication provided by Titus. He managed this communication beautifully. Throughout inclement weather and the latest hail storm, Titus was very responsive to our concerns regarding the newly planted shrubs and flowers. It helps enormously to know that Titus guarantees his plantings. As we move forward on future projects, we will definitely contact Titus Winchel and his fantastic team if they are available.

Shout out to Tri-City Landscaping who helped put my vision to reality for initial phase of my project (which was the bulk of it).

Titus and Sera and crew were super helpful, fun and so easy to work with. Highly recommend them for the installation with years of insight and recommendations to back up their work.

Trees, plants and shrubs came from Fossil Creek Nursey - also super happy with their quality of plants and expert recommendations. #fossilcreeknursery #tricitylandscaping

Always at the ready when called upon! No crisis or situation is insurmountable! I highly recommend to everyone in need of a excellent landscaping and sprinkler service!!

Low quality diseased trees, leaves have little bugs all over them. Plants died after planting. Owner will not respond to fix anything. Beware, stay away and read reviews.

Besides being overpriced, the workers did a sloppy job. We've used them in the past, and as people, they're all very nice, but they have no clue as to aesthetics. We won't be calling them again.

Avoided phone calls, emails and occasionally replied by text message. In the end, after missing three weeks of scheduled appointments to begin work, they were fired.

Set-up an installation date with Daniel and BOP for sprinkler system install.
He changed the timeline and the estimate and then didn't return emails or calls leaving me confused and frustrated. I will not attempt to do business with this company as the owner is unreliable.

We needed sprinklers installed back and front yard. We called Bird of Paradise and the next day they came and gave us a really good price. The next week our front and back had sprinklers and we're ready to seed. All thanks to Bird of Paradise.

I chose this company to landscape my back yard in my new home because my neighbor used them and it looked like they did a good job. I had them come over on 6/1 to describe the job in detail and he provided me with a quote on 6/7. I asked him when he could start and he indicated that he could start at the end of the month. June 30th came around and I contacted him. He indicated that he needed another week and said he would start on 7/7. I called him on 7/7 to see if he was coming over to start and he indicated he would need another week and would start on 7/16 or 7/19. On 7/19 I texted him to see if they were coming over to start. No show No call. He texted me the next day (7/20) and said that they would start 7/21. They showed up on 7/21 at about 11am and I had to describe what needed to be done to them again, just to make sure there was no misunderstanding. They begin work and about 5 minutes in, the foreman tells me they did not quote me for a major portion of the work we had agreed to earlier. When I called the owner that gave me the quote(who I talked to describe the work at my house before the quote), he said that it was too much work and he didn't have time to deal with problems. So I told his workers to leave.

I thought this whole experience was very unprofessional. They didn't do what they said they would do. They kept delaying the project, and they tried to tell me they wanted more money after stringing me along for a month and a half.

I highly recommend you avoid this company.

I have a home in Old Town Fort Collins and my yard hasn't been attended to in many years , so I needed a sprinkler system put in. Bird of Paradise, except for a few delays including heavy rain and mud reasons, they came to my home and did a wonderful job installing the system. They were very professional, polite and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

Spent around $20K with this company. The owner (Daniel) was great at first and really enjoyed working with them and initially recommending his company to my neighbors. Then there were big delays in the job(s) being completed, communication with Daniel became very aggravating. He stopped responding to emails / texts. Wanted full payment when the job was not completed and was only responsive or showed up when he was looking for payment. There seemed to be an issue with the concept of the remainder of the payment will be paid once the job is fully completed. Took weeks to have our concrete poured and they did it the night of a snow storm. They had to rush back to cover it with tarps which were left out for days before being pulled up which caused the concrete to look like it had been tied dyed. Took months to have them come out to try and correct. They brought over the wrong rock for our front yard and then attempted midway through the project act like part of the work was not included and wanted more money to complete. Showed the owner numerous times were we agreed on this being a portion of the job in writing. He finally agreed to complete it, but did a really rushed job and was very aggravating to have to argue back on forth over something like this.
Then came the warranty issues with our plants / trees. Daniel was initially responsive when he was looking for more work. Then my wife would send him countless emails/texts. When he did respond and confirmed he would stop by, he missed every single appointment almost. He never texted, he never called, and we would have to start the round of pestering emails again. For one of our trees we chased him personally for 3 months. His son and a few workers showed up randomly one day without notice. They said they would replace the warranty tree, but now (because they were unresponsive for over 3 months) there were hardly any good trees to choose from at their tree farm and IF we put the new tree in there was a good chance the tree would die b/c they expected a hard freeze in the next week or two. They said they would honor the warranty in the coming spring and would replace the tree at that time. We texted Daniel (owner) that day and confirmed the exchange with him. Guess what, they never responded to any of our follow up texts, and we have a dead tree that looks terrible in my backyard that I now have to dig up / find a replacement for. I guess for the $20K we spent with them, I would have expected better quality of service. IF YOU'VE MADE IT THIS FAR, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, OR JUST DO THE WORK YOURSELF.

Daniel Huesca from Birds of Paradise will not return my phone calls and has confirmed his crew will be at my home multiple times and no one shows up. They removed 8-10 plants and 1 Blue Spruce tree that was dead due to them leaving a drip line valve on and drowned the plants, which were under warranty, last year and NEVER replaced them. I've had dirt holes in my yard and they are unreachable. I've left a complain with the BBB, I've emailed Daniel and left him about 7 voicemails. I'd be VERY hesitant to work with this company. We paid a large sum to have our new build landscaped and it's so unprofessional that I cannot get a call back and a few plants/tree replaced! Daniel CALL ME so we can get what is due to us and we can all move on. I'll gladly remove this review once my yard is completed. You have your money so please finish my yard.

I hired Tristar to remove a pile of rocks and dirt from my yard. They were very clean and professional. They took extra steps to not damage my existing rock landscape and made it all look like they were never there! Great crew!

Tristar Lanscaping completed a landscaping project a year ago. Waylon assisted with recommendations for materials and design. He delivered and installed hardscape, built a mound for a perennial garden and added an easy to use drip irrigation system. Very nice family owned and operated company!

I've had the privilege to work with Tristar Landscapes on several projects. I don't know if there is a company more dedicated to their customers than they are. They provide an unmatched professionalism from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone looking for a landscape company!

TRISTAR did a great job with our landscaping even with my constant changes.

We moved into a new build and needed a fence, irrigation, sod, trees, rock and more. As someone who doesn’t like to do things the simple way, they took the time to work with me and get the job done.

Always a pleasure to see and just great people.
