Called this place twice with no answer so I left a message both times.. Two weeks later still haven't returned my call.

Even in the busiest season. They made time to get my repair completed and at a reasonable price.

I filled out the form on their website about needing help with sprinkler system and landscaping 1 week ago. They say they will contact you within 48 hours. I have yet to hear from them.

Absolutely amazing, professional and reliable. They are truly the best. I so appreciate their work and efforts for me. I highly recommend them.

Excellent group, managed by an outstanding leader. This is the second time we have had these guys come to our house and they did a great job again.

Quality Work by a Professional Company. Tri City dug deep (literally) to replace the shut-off valve for our HOA Sprinkler, and also installed a new backflow valve (with cage) to get us up to modern code. Everyone at the company was a joy to work with. Our thanks to Mary, Bruno, James, Jonathan, and Tyson for the time they spent with us. Can't give this company enough kudos - so glad they had time to do this project for us.

They did our back and side yard for our new home and we love how it turned out. They worked with us to meet our budget and did a beautiful job. James and Titus are both helpful and willing to answer questions.

I highly recommend Tri-City Sprinklers. We received quotes from 3 different companies and Tri-City was the best out of the three. Their (free) quote came with a full blueprint of the proposed system including all of the different head locations and fliers on the equipment they use, very professional. I totally agree with Jimmy's review, Phil is super hard working, he's happy to tell you exactly what he is doing and show you how everything works if you want. There was a little leak in my system a few days after the install, I made one quick call and the problem was fixed the next day. They lay the lines in without digging a trench, and the system is self draining meaning I won't be paying anyone to come out and blow out my line every year. They offered to come turn my system off this winter, but the instructions they left me were so detailed I didn't even need help.

The guys from Tri city came and cleaned up my mess of a backyard and gave me suggestions on what to plant. They were punctual in both giving me an estimate and when they came to do work. My backyard looks wonderful, they worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Great company

Really enjoyed working with Tri City! The crew was very respectful and they do quality work. After comparing pricing we found them to have fair and competative pricing. I also liked that they were flexible with any contract changes, which made made working with Tri City a good experience!

These guys are awesome! I hired them a while back to do a smallish job that larger companies didn't want to touch. They did a great job with that, so they were first in line when I needed my brand new house landscaped. Needless to say they did a very professional job, even with my multiple revisions and changes to the plans. They even stayed within the estimated price. My new yard looks great and I get compliments from all the neighbors!

This company has been a delight to work with- professional, on time, started the job the day they said they would despite unexpected snow the previous week, and finished on time. They were able to handle several job changes and made great recommendations for plants and bushes. They were kind and personable and what a joy to have the people you contract with to be the actual people doing the job- meant that everyone, John, Titus, Joseph and their crew knew the plan and were able to talk knowledgeably about where they were in the process whenever I stopped by. They even went out of their way to do several little things that they saw could make my life easier and boy did I appreciate that!
I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to sing their praises - they are definitely the exception and not the rule in this business. Thanks, guys!

Tri-City orchestrated our entire landscaping project perfectly. Every single item from its design to the building of our dry creek, planting beds, Versa Block walls and installation of our sprinkler system. Titus and his team were reliable, responsible AND flexible. An A+ operation with an excellent work ethic. Oh, and did I forget to mention… we’re pretty hard to please? We would highly recommend your checking them out to see what they can do for you!

We hired Titus and his team to do some cleanup and landscaping with our front and backyard and were extremely pleased with his service. We made inquiries to roughly ten companies in the area and he was one of only three to reply. He always showed up exactly when he said he would, made smart suggestions to help us when planning the design of our project but did not push to upsell, and was responsive to any email we sent. During the work he and his team were prompt, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves every night. If they needed to leave something they asked first. If you choose to hire him for your project keep in mind they are a small outfit and sometimes there might be a delay in when you hear from them but they will get back to you. We highly recommend you consider him when looking for a landscaper.

Titus and his crew were professional, courteous and hard working. From a well done estimate, thru on time work to a spotless cleanup, they went above my expectations. Titus was on site every day and was so willing to please that he went along with some changes, one near the end of the job. I have had other landscape work done, and Tri City was in it's own class!! Titus quickly responded to our call and set up a time to visit us. He listened carefully to our request, our issues with previous landscaping companies, and developed a plan to meet our needs at a reasonable cost. We had a deadline we wanted to meet, and he worked with us to get it done on time. When the crew came to do the work, they were courteous, listened, and completed a quality job. After the job was completed, Titus was very willing to work with us to a make a few changes and address a few issues we had. We have not been able to get other landscaping companies to come back in the past. It was a pleasure to work with Titus and Tri City Landscaping, and I would highly recommend them for any landscaping job.

After our neighbors told us how wonderful Tri City was, we hired them to come in and redo a huge mess that another landscape company left our yard in. I can't say enough good things about our whole Tri City experience. Titus listens to and works with his customers 100%. He stayed in touch with us every step of the way. I wanted something different and whimsical and that is what I got, plus some. From the hand picked rocks to the beautifully done rock river with the Mexican beach cobble water flowing........... I Love My Yard!!!! People walk by and are constantly telling me how beautiful it all turned out and we just got an "Awesome" from the President of our HOA. Thank you Titus, we are really looking forward to seeing how amazing our back yard looks when we are able to get you scheduled here!!!!

We used Tri City to refresh our rocks and replace the metal edging in our yards. They were absolutely fabulous. They worked very hard, and completed the work as we had discussed.

Titus and his crew created a raised garden bed for me this week. I could not be happier with the results! The quality of the work was excellent. Titus and his crew are GREAT!
