The work they did was average. The fan they installed is MUCH louder than I expected. They are NOT good at installing mini-split systems.

he was a God sent. Showed up on the weekend, on time and, took care of the issue I had. Honest and reliable.

The service was very good. The only thing to improve the service is using some kind of foot protection to eliminate tracking of mud.

I've enjoyed working with airmasters ever since they did our furnace and hot water heater install in 2019.

I scheduled an appointment, and they failed to show up. During the hour I waited for them to come I called and the phone rang without answer by a person or voice mail. When I did get a hold of a person they said I didn't have an appointment. If a service based company can't preform a task as simple as making an appointment, I would not trust them to fix my AC.

Slow response to furnace failure. Long delay (5 days) for a part which did not fix the problem. No response to phone messages. Worst service I have ever had.

If you book an appointment at 9am, show up at 9am and do your job. Don't leave at 8:50 saying you have another job to go to... I did call another company and they were happy to clean up Air Masters mess on short notice.
