Cristian at Air Masters did a very good job on furnace and air. Condition. I would recommend their business. Good service and nice people.

We had a furnace installed by this company 3 years ago. Two days ago the furnace stopped working and I have been trying to get a hold of them for about 36 hours by phone and email. I am getting no response back from them. Not sure I would recommend them to anyone. Hopefully they respond soon.

Cant believe my home warranty allows this company as a service provider. Tech came out, replace a part after 4 hours. Couldnt get the furnace to work so i got the answer i should expect on a Friday. "Someone else will be coming out to fix it". Surprise, surprise. No one came. After 3 calls that Friday with no response and another 3 on Saturday (i cant expect anyone to work after banking hours i suppose) i was able to get a hold of someone on monday. Pretty rough weekend without heat and a sick 6 month baby. When i did get a hold of someone monday, i got the "ill figure it out and call ya back". After i called back every 30 minutes for 3 hours, i decided that perhaps this company isnt going to try to make anything right or stand by their customers. I hope its not everyones experience as i wouldnt wish it on anyone.

I called Air Masters for a second opinion before I invested in a brand new air conditioner as another very popular company had been recommending for the last two years as I spent $2500 over the two years to keep this unit working. Mike Harrison came out found the problem in no time and showed me how the other company had been misrepresenting the problem (he wouldn't use the words but I know they had been cheating me). Long story short there are no leaks and I'm not buying an new air conditioner, I'm sitting in a cool house and I wouldn't think of using any other company other than Air Masters!

Simple local family owned business. At first I didn’t know what to expect, but I needed my AC repaired quick. They were the only ones that could get to me that day. They did the job and were more affordable then the quotes I got from other HVAC companies.

Some HVAC companies really are honest!! They installed a home humidifier for my elderly friend for a very reasonable cost. They then came and repaired it (after the warranty had expired) at no cost because after One Hour again tried to rip him off about it. Thank goodness for people with a conscience! The lady who helped us was so kind and the whole experience was just wonderful!

Over the years I have had several HVAC companies come out to my house to repair either my heat or AC, I have never called the same company twice as none of them have ever impressed me. Mike with Air Masters just left my house, and I will never use anyone other than them! He found the problem, and fixed it without trying to push other services or upgrades. The price was incredibly fair, and he took the time to explain the issues to me as well as ways to extend the life of my 12+ year old unit. I would highly recommend you use them for your next repair!

97° day and my air conditioner goes out, call around and nobody can get me in until the weekend. My house was 87°, I have a one year old whose bedroom is on the second story, and I just got home so it’s 7pm. These guys understood the situation and responded immediately. I can’t thank them enough, it’s 8:30 now and my house is already much cooler. Excellent service, excellent education after the fix, and excellent customer care.

Showed up early.
Got done on time.
Professional and polite while doing the job.
They came highly recommended.
I highly recommend them.
I would definitely use Air Masters again.

The part I can’t believe is…
HOW MUCH CHEAPER THEY WERE THAN ANY OF THE OTHER 3 BIDS WE GOT.
I’m talking about less than half much as anyone else we got bids from.

As for celerity: Air Masters, literally, could have installed in 72 hours if we wanted to pay extra ($100) to get the equipment delivered sooner. As it was we put down our deposit on Monday, Friday my house circulating cool air again!!!

You’ve got to talk to Air Masters if you need HVAC.

They did good work. But they have refused to send me a receipt even after repeated requests. That does not reflect well on them. Any reputable business provides receipts for work and payments received.

Called several times for yearly furnace checkup on furnace they installed several years ago, no one answered during business hours so I finally left a message, never heard back from them.
Called Friday morning because I had a leaking hot water heater, called during business hours no one answered so I left a message and never got a call back. Not sure how to get a call back from this business. Neighbor has also called them for service on their furnace installed by this company and also never got a return call

We purchased a mini split system and had it installed by Air Masters. It has lost coolant on multiple occasions and not worked for more than a couple of months without them coming back to add refrigerant, Each time they claim to have found and fixed the leak, but that it might be a warranty issue. Now they have told us it’s the compressor, and were checking on our warranty, and have ghosted us after telling us they would be in touch in a day or two.

Update - a year later, and still no response. The screwed up, and don’t have the integrity to follow up and take care of it. They lied to us on multiple occasions. Very disappointed in the direction this company has taken.

My 34 year old A/C stopped cooling and of course the hottest days of the year to date were in the weather forecast for the following few days. I called Air Masters that evening and the phone was answered by a real person and not voice mail!

Air Masters was at my house in less than 48 hours. The tech very quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor motor starting capacitor with a failed (burned) connection. He replaced the capacitor and the connection and we were back in business with working A/C. Bring on the hot weather!

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Air Masters Heating and Air Conditioning! Christian came out to replace our ComfortLink Thermostat, a contactor in our condenser, the relay panel for our system, and the IC board in our furnace. From the moment he arrived on time, it was clear we were in good hands.

Christian was not only respectful of our property, but also incredibly personable and clear about the pricing upfront, which we greatly appreciated. His knowledge and expertise were evident as he quickly diagnosed the four separate issues that caused our AC to fail. Despite the complexity of the situation, Christian handled it with ease, communicating with supply houses on our behalf and securing the necessary parts quickly.

What truly set Christian apart was his willingness to go the extra mile. He took the time to help us better understand our system, explaining in detail what he was seeing as he worked through each issue. This level of communication and transparency was truly invaluable.

We are extremely satisfied with the service provided and will definitely be calling Christian and Air Masters for any future AC issues. Highly recommend!

Christian at AirMasters is exceptional. His expertise and dedication are impressive. He carefully explained my HVAC system and how to get the best performance from it. Although my system is 20 years old, he provided various options, outlining the advantages and disadvantages of each. His recommendations were sincere and focused on my needs, with no pressure to buy a new system. My experience was five-star, and I will definitely use their services again!

Our air conditioning went completely out on one the hottest days of the summer. I called around and had another company come out to look at it. They told me that my entire Unit needed to be replaced. I wanted a second opinion so I called Air Masters and was able to get someone to come out later that afternoon. Christian was very polite and professional. Turned out that the compressor went out on my unit and that it just needed to be replaced. He worked hard to get worked to figure out my warranty with the manufacturer, which saved me thousands. My unit has worked perfectly ever since. Air Masters, and Christian, are very honest and hard working. I would highly recommend.
