Rick was awesome. He was the only Technician out of all the Loveland HVACs that called me back and came out within an hour. In a blizzard on a Friday night!! Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Eagle Mechanical has put HVAC in for my basement finish project, a vent for my oven, and has repaired my furnace. They are prompt, courteous, honest and knowledgeable -- true professionals all around. I'm impressed at their attention to detail -- wearing booties over their shoes in my house, cleaning up perfectly after the job, etc. I wouldn't trust my home and my family's comfort to anyone other than Eagle.

Matt, Justin and their crew completed a full retrofit install at my 1908 built house that consisted of all new high efficiency Evolution Series Furnace, A/C and Navien tankless water heater. All the old equipment that they removed was installed very poorly and they made everything CORRECT and up to Code!! Great job and highly recommend them.

Furnace stopped working during a major snow storm. Called and someone came out within an hour(another company wouldn't have been here until the next day due to the storm)!! Checked out the furnace and determined it was snow blocking the roof vent, he climbed into the roof and cleared the snow and now my house is warm again!! Highly recommend this company!! They were super nice and professional!! Thank you so much!!!

Matt was incredible. Very professional, knowledgeable, extremely thorough with his assessment. Honest. Measured air flow and temp and used infrared to see cold spots in my house. Checked everything and then gave me amazingly helpful information and tips to help balance out the air temperature throughout my home. Helped me with unbiased information for when I need to replace my system. I cannot recommend him enough.

We are very pleased with Eagle Mechanical and will use them for any future needs we might have with our furnace or air conditioner. They are very efficient, knowledgeable, and fair. After 4 service calls, $1300 in parts, a week with no heat and being told we needed a new furnace by another company, I called Eagle Mechanical for a quote on a new furnace. Matt came out to look at what I needed. He asked me what had been happening and did a quick check of my existing furnace - which they had installed 10 years ago - found that we were using the wrong kind of filter. He pulled the filter out and the furnace started running perfectly, and has run perfectly ever since! They saved me thousands of dollars!!! I really appreciate the fact that they took the extra effort to double check what has been diagnosed incorrectly by the other company, instead of just giving me a quote on a new furnace. I would highly recommend Eagle Mechanical Inc for heating needs.

So grateful for Eagle Mechanical. They came out when my Air Conditioner stopped working. I called them at 8am and they squeezed me in between appointments and came to my home at noon. They were extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem in around 15 minutes, with very fair pricing. Top notch service!

Matt and the Eagle Mechanical team installed our Bryant high efficiency furnace and Nu-Air whole house heat recovery ventilator five years ago. Over that time, Matt and Justin have been absolutely the epitome of service excellence whenever something needs adjusting or for annual preventive maintenance. Most recently, because of a cold spot in the house, Matt came back to balance the duct system and make the cold spot go away. More than anything, I value the time he takes to explain the theory and practical application of what I should be doing to keep our HVAC system working at peak efficiency. When is the last time you read about a consistently 5 star rating for a service professional? Matt and Eagle Mechanical are the real deal. A true blessing to us.

Eagle Mechanical was the second of three HVAC companies we consulted with before choosing to replace both our furnace and air conditioner (both 20 years old). They went the extra mile in trying to clean and resuscitate the existing AC before going to a replacement scenario. Their quotes were significantly lower than the other vendors and yet they still had a sizable team and have been operating in Loveland for a decade. Their installation team was here on time and worked efficiently and professionally throughout the day. The day ended with a review of the controls, a hand-off of the manuals. The new system is quiet and seems to cool even the second story with less effort than our old system. This winter we look forward to lower heating bills and a more comfortable home. Our friends referred us to Eagle; we'd refer them to you, too.

Matt took great care of us when our furnace wasn't working during extreme cold weather. Very knowledgeable and helpful, just good people. We will be doing our routine maintenance with this company going forward.

I called Eagle Mechanical two days ago with a furnace issue. I spoke to Matt and he told me he could get me scheduled the next day in the morning. He came out and started diagnosing the problem. He tried several options and it was not looking good financially. He continued to dig and found the problem which was a small clogged hose. He spent three hours with me diagnosing and problem solving and still only charged me the service call fee even though he spent so much time. Any other service technician in my experience would have given up and just told me to buy a new furnace. Great job Matt and Eagle Mechanical you guys rock and you will have a customer for a very long time. Trust me the word will be spread about you guys in a positive way!

I called Eagle and Matt came to our house the same morning. They came and determined the capacitor needed to be replaced. They were prepared and had the part with them. In addition they checked and added refrigerant. Within hours of my call the AC was back up and running before the day was able to heat up the house. I was extremely impressed with their pricing, efficiency and overall service. I would 100% recommend them.

I did a lot of research and called several companies when my 30 year old furnace quit. Matt came out and reviewed our house and needs, after talking to him, I was most confinent in what he had to say, gave me four options on replacment systems. The crew came out and were very courteous and professional, they worked hard until we had heat again, then did a great job of cleaning up. They went through the setup and operation of our new system and Rick made sure I had his card with his direct number in case we had any questions. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Not surprised to see all positive feedback for Eagle Mechanical. Having been burned by other HVAC contractors in the past it is refreshing to do business with a company who values service and integrity over a quick buck. I contacted Eagle when my mother's furnace in the Thompson canyon was acting up. I was not charged extra trip fees to negotiate the road closure and the furnace was a simple fix. Matt and Justin were prompt, professional and more than reasonably priced. Who is a customer for life? This guy! Call them you will not be disappointed! A++++

We have a new home and Eagle Mechanical was the company used by the builder. We have had a couple of issues with our AC condenser unit and Eagle has been very responsive in getting those resolved. They have been on time, professional and friendly whenever I have interacted with them. I recommend checking them out if you have AC related needs.

After deciding to replace our 24 year old furnace/ac and obtaining various quotes, went with Eagle Mechanical. Appreciated having multiple options to choose from (good, better, best, premium) and not being pressured into any particular option. Installation team arrived on time and got the job done efficiently. During these crazy, covid-19 times, it should be noted that they did not make assumptions and and specifically asked us for our preference regarding mask wearing during installation. The new system has been working great and the temperature in our home is much more consistent/comfortable than it ever has been. I would highly recommend Eagle Mechanical!
