If you want an experienced and honest service provider with fair pricing, Eagle Mechanical is the company to call. Matt came to our home, after another service provider, who had sold us our Bryant Furnace, informed us that our heat exchanger needed to be replaced. The part was under warranty, but when the cost to replace it was quoted as seemingly unusually high, we chose to get another bid. Matt informed us that he had been in the business for 30 plus years, and after a thorough assessment of the furnace revealed no need for a heat exchanger replacement. He gave us a primer on furnace functioning and left us completely satisfied. When we have future needs regarding our furnace, we will call Eagle.

From the first contact Eagle Mechanical was quick in responding to my AC unit. They squeezed me in the next day, was able to get a part ordered and shipped that day, and my unit was fixed two days later! I'm very happy with the response time and the technician's expertise in giving me tips on how to better use our system for the best results.

We got a quote this morning from another company that said we had to completely replace our entire HVAC system for 9K. We called Eagle Mechanical for a second opinion and they were here in less than 30 minutes and had the AC fixed and running perfectly in less than an hour for $250. I can't speak highly enough of Rick @ Eagle Mechanical!!!! Amazing job and saved us a ton of money.

This company emits pure professionalism! We had some issues with our cooling system and Matt S was so flexible and informative. When we got the bill I would have paid double and still been happy with the service. They do a stellar job I will absolutely be using them from now on. Our AC unit went down, we called Eagle Mechanical Inc Heating and Air Conditioning, they originally installed our Furnace/AC units in 2013 and a service call in 2017 and now in 2020. Quick response time, Matt was at our house within an hour. Matt was very professional and was able to fix our AC quickly! Highly recommend them!

Our air conditioner stopped cooling, so we started calling around. We tried the companies with ads all over, they couldn't come for 5 days. Called Eagle, they came over, diagnosed and fixed the problem before noon! Very respectful and knowledgeable tech, and a really reasonable price!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting the technicians (one the owner) from Eagle Mechanical. They were able to squeeze me in on what must have been a very busy day (temps lower than seasonal). I have been using this company for years and would recommend them 100%!! They are so kind knowledgeable about the product and truly care! I have worked with Matt and Rick the most and they are fantastic! Our furnace completely broke and in less than an hour they were able to come check it out. A couple days later they had the entire new unit ordered and made time to come and replace everything just before the snow! They are so good and really a great reliable company!

Excellent, excellent work from beginning to end (passed city inspection yesterday with flying colors)! Owner Matt Schrawyer, a Loveland native, understands that communication and customer understanding of project specifics are important, and will take the time to make sure that these are is achieved. His proposal was submitted promptly, competitively priced, and made clear what my options were for a new residential Bryant furnace and ac. After talking with him about these options and visiting the Bryant website a time or two, I chose Bryant's 80% 2-stage furnace, evaporator cooler and 2-stage ac). Matt was willing to come out of the office and be on-site as the work was performed by fully experienced technicians. He took care of all the permitting business, got my system registered with Bryant, and educated me on best practices for protecting my warranty coverage and on fulfilling my responsibilities regarding the city inspection process. When the job was completed, my home was left in fine shape and perfectly clean. Both furnace and work beautifully together. I highly recommend Eagle Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning.

After having a bad experience with Mountain Valley plumbing and heating. I was referred to Eagle Mechanical . They came out the next day after contacting them. They looked at my furnace and it cost me $300 versus $13,000 that mountain Valley quoted me. I would recommend anyone to call Eagle Mechanical Inc. they have great customer service very informative, kind and respectful. I will definitely call them when I’m ready to replace my furnace but now I don’t need to.

Eagle Mechanical installed our furnace in our now 3 year old Oakwood home in TRR. For the past couple months the furnace has been what I called short cycling. I check all that I could and called out another company that has worked for me before, they could not fix it (lack of product knowledge) Rick (I think his name is) came out and in 1 hour had it fixed and running great. Eagle Mechanic has done a great job on our HVAC System. They recently resolved a high limited switch issue that was causing our heating system to shutdown and restart frequently. The thing that I really like about the Eagle Mechanics technicians is that they are friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to me (in layman's terms) what the problem was, how it manifested itself over time and how they would fix it. After the work was completed he tested the system to make sure all was Ok, which it was, and recommended having the AC coils, which were dirty, in the HVAC unit cleaned late spring just before the AC was to be used to ensure that there were not problems. I give Eagle Mechanics a big thanks for helping us resolve the HVAC Heating problem in a timely manner

We received 5 bids from local hvac companies. Our number one factor in choosing a company was their QUALITY/knowledge/team/google reviews, and then finally price. This was really dependent on the feeling we received from the person who came to do our bid who in this case was an owner. We received a very competitive bid and great service. The EE's were very respectful, on time, and did great work. They put down rugs and made sure everything was clean and well done. Multiple things had to be done to upgrade our system like moving a gas line and installing a new furnace and humidifier. Our A/C is running smoothly and our house is more even temp throughout thanks to matching the unit better than what came with our house. Thanks Eagle!

Was getting a system fault error on our thermostat about our AC unit. We requested an estimate through the website and Matt called us within an hour and was able to fit us in for a service call during an extremely busy time. Matt came out and took a look at the unit and was very impressive with his knowledge and ability to show and tell us what was wrong. He was able to order the part needed for repair and came back first thing in the morning the next day to install it and He got the AC unit up and running within no time, just in time before an extremely hot weekend. Very professional and friendly service, will recommend Eagle Mechanical and will absolutely use them again.

If there is a Gold Standard for how every company should be, it is Eagle Mechanical Inc. They replaced our original equipment with a Bryant Evolution system consisting of a Furnace/Heat Pump as well as zoning. From the very start Matt was very professional, knowledgeable, and listened to our concerns and was even educating us, helping us to understand everything involved and what would be the best solution. Matt and his team (Rick (team lead) and coworkers) treated everything as if they were doing the install for their own home. The team was outstanding. Their workmanship was top notch. I have never had a contractor/company do work as good as them. I want to make it clear that we have never given a review before, because no one has ever delivered. That changed with Eagle Mechanical Inc. as they delivered in every area and we are a customer for life.
