My furnace went out in January. Steve came out and fixed it. I ended up having him install a new A/C system for my house. I found him to be great to work with. I wouldn't call anyone else for my heating and cooling needs. Thanks Steve!

Can't say enough praise to Steve and Spring Creek. My furnace went out, and I mistakenly contacted the company that installed the unit before I purchased my home. Per recommendations from a neighbor, I was referred to this company. He came in on Monday, diagnosed the problem and since the part had to be ordered, he provided a space heater to keep my place warm, until it arrived. The part came in today and he's on his way to get it installed... From the time we first spoke, he arrived within a couple hours, and today, here within an hour of the part arriving. He also saved me $300 vs a bigger business. Thank you Steve, you've been kind and professional throughout. I recommend this business to anyone who needs heating or cooling repair or maintenance.

Spring Creek Heating & Cooling is now my HVAC company!

We called another company for an AC tune-up after we noticed the thermostat was "cycling" and we were concerned it might be a problem. The tech showed me a bunch of pictures and numbers and said that my unit has a leak and needs that leak found, repaired, and the system recharged - for $2k+ before things start freezing and getting worse *and more expensive* to repair.

Something didn't seem right, so I called Steve for a second opinion. He came at the end of the same day I called. He ran the system, checked it, went over everything with me and said he thinks it's actually fine. And really, it is. It cools the house, like it always has. He helped explain the numbers the guy was using to justify the leak and showed me real-time the numbers and ranges they should be in - and were. He explained the "cycling" our thermostat showed is just part of the programming (which apparently you can change) so that the unit isn't constantly running and will take breaks even if it hasn't yet hit the set temp. This was appearing on the hottest days of the summer, so it totally makes sense. He was thorough and made sure there wasn't anything wrong and that I was satisfied. The temperature in the house dropped quickly once we turned it on again and while we discussed all of this. Clearly, it works!

I appreciate that Steve is honest, timely, and experienced. He treated me with respect and didn't take advantage of the fact I was ready to pay for a repair. He answered all my questions with respect and I didn't feel unsettled like there was manipulation like with the other company.

In a world full of companies looking to make as much money as possible, game the system, who offer low-cost "AC tune-up" coupons as an excuse to create an expensive, imaginary repair problem, Steve with Spring Creek Heating & Cooling is a breath of fresh climate-controlled air. He has integrity and I trust that in the future when I call him for HVAC help, he'll give me fair rates and quality, knowledgeable service.

Dreyson was great, he was able to assess what the previous owners had installed for me and let me know what kind of system and filters I had, what needed to be replaced, how I can maintain it and what the benefits of the system are compared to just plain hard water which helped me understand something I didn't before.

Kale has been our service guy for several years and we always look forward to his visit. He is efficient knowledgeable and works fast in our very small laundry room!! He is very kind and personable with us!! 👍👍👍👍

I've been using Home Service Solutions for multiple years. They do my annual water service on my RainSoft system. They're always prompt, polite, and proficient. Highly recommend.

Chad epitomizes the service tech we all wish we’d get every time we need service at our homes. Friendly, knowledgeable, willing to talk about what he’s doing and why, willing to answer questions, and fixing the issue the first time at a reasonable price.

I've lived in CO for a little over a year and have used multiple different companies for plumbing/HVAC/etc. I recently had a chlorine filter installed and some plumbing work done with HSS and I will never call anyone else! Kara was so helpful and made getting an appointment quick and easy. Dreyson + Kale were professional, polite and I don't have to worry about chlorine showers or a leaky fridge anymore! Thank y'all!

Chad did an amazing job. He explain everything in detail. Cleaned everything up. He did a full water analysis and explained. I would give Chad an A+ rating!! Even the dogs liked him. He fixed our unit the first time out.

I was concerned that my water treatment system may not be working efficiently. Chad explained what was going on with it, that the water was soft, without chorline, and everything was just as it should be. He showed me different tests to prove all was super duper. Thanks, Chad.
