Carver and David are two absolutely amazing technicians who went all out to get our A/C unit installed in some of the hottest weather all month. Not only did they install a complicated unit indoors in a small utility closet, but the two of them somehow lifted a heavy condenser unit up onto the roof of our 3 story apartment complex. Because of the nature of our HVAC system they had to come back to hook back up the furnace and were able to do so the next day and finished up in just a couple hours.

David and Carver got the job done fast, were super friendly and professional and now we've got a massively upgraded cooling system as we head into what looks like another stretch of hot weather. I couldn't recommend these guys enough.

We had an emergency repair, Jayden showed up right away and the repair was completed in a timely manner...I am pleased.

Chad arrived right on time, found the problem immediately (the screen on our water softener wasn't working.) It took about 2 minutes, so he didn't charge us. So thoughtful! We agreed to make this up on our annual check-out, which we will happily do.

HSS was contacted to service our whole house Rainsoft water softener. It. Is an older unit that was in need of an upgrade. The technician, Chad H, expeditiously diagnosed the problem and provided several solutions, including doing an upgrade and not a replacement, which would save us lots of money. He even provided a discount on upgraded parts. The upgrade was scheduled to be done within three days. We have always been completely satisfied with our Rainsoft system, and the upgrade was guaranteed our use of the system for another ten to fifteen years. We are completely satisfied with the Rainsoft dealer (HSS) office we worked with in Loveland, Colorado and the service and assistance provided by office staff and technicians involved. All personnel involved were very polite, respectful and professional. KWe would highly recommend Household Services Solutions (HSS) for your service needs (plumbing, electrical, AC/heating and water treatment equipment). I am sure you will be extremely satisfied with the technicians and the service provided by office personnel, as we were.

They made sure to explain exactly how everything was set up and how best to maintain the system. They were professional, personable and highly knowledgable.
