I have to say that having had Home Services Solutions install my central air unit in May 2024 was an excellent decision! Dealing with them was quite easy and they listened to what I needed in the installment of central air to my home. Dealing with Jayden was a great experience. His professionalism and hard work ethic made the installment go pretty smoothly. He made sure that the unit worked very well, even coming back to do a secondary check to it. I am very glad that I installed the unit especially when the temperatures were above 90 degrees these past several weeks. The unit worked efficiently and cooled my place down very quickly! Definitely recommend contracting them for HVAC type work!

I had my water filtration system checked and serviced. Donovan was great at showing us little tips on how to set the salt level and advice about buying pellets instead of crystals. He was courteous and professional without any pressure to spend more money.

1st Action Plumbing handled all the design and construction work for my home renovation in Boulder, CO, with their scope of work exceeding $40,000. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been disappointing.

From the beginning, there were problems with my primary heating system holding temperature. After multiple visits, they were eventually able to resolve those issues. However, a cooling and humidification unit they installed never worked properly. Despite being a new unit, it has never held the programmed temperature or humidity. Shortly after the project was completed, I raised concerns and requested either a replacement unit or an alternative solution. Instead, they continued sending their technician out to make adjustments, none of which resolved the issues.

Over two years later, the problems persist. In addition to failing to function as intended, the unit has leaked water on seven separate occasions, each requiring additional service visits. Despite the fact that this was a new installation that never worked properly, 1st Action Plumbing attempted to charge me for multiple service visits. After the seventh visit, they informed me they would no longer service my property. They also claimed I was outside their service area and canceled my maintenance contract—despite having taken on the entire mechanical scope of my home’s initial construction.

Throughout this process, Brinda, who runs the office, was difficult to work with and often made me feel as though the ongoing issues were somehow my fault rather than a failure of their installation.

I cannot recommend 1st Action Plumbing. Based on my experience, there are other companies that offer a higher level of service, professionalism, and accountability.

Ready and available at a moments notice. Had an emergency scope just hours before final health inspection. They within 2 hours of my call. They surveyed all 4 locations. Grabbed the parts and got it done. Highly highly recommended 👌

So happy with these guys! Fantastic communication to start. They had a technician out on the same day. Most importantly, despite another company saying I needed an entirely new furnace (at a crazy $6,500 quote for a 900 sq ft home) 1st Action discovered it was just a faulty pressure switch and replaced it. Hard to find this kind of service and honesty these days, please reward it and USE THEM!

We received excellent service from 1st Action Plumbing. They dignosed the furnace failure, carefully explained and demonstrated the heat exchanger failure. They gave us a fair quote for a new and more efficient furnace.
They loaned us space heaters to keep us warm for a day while they arranged for a new furnace. The new one was installed the next morning in about half a day. We were up and running by lunchtime.
Through the whole process their employees were considerate and very helpful. They did a perfect job cleaning up the post installation mess. My basement is cleaner than when they got there.
They even gave us a one year service contract at no charge. Overall a great experience except for the part where the original furnace failed. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. The issues with my A/C were multifaceted. They did the initial fix, another assessment on the 4th of July(!), and applied more fixes the following Monday. Very punctual, professional, and reliable. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
