My experience with Metal Mechanics has always been a positive one. I've used their services for my AC unit in my office. They are always fair with their prices. I feel they do great work and are honest about the repairs needing to be done.

I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs. Honest and trustworthy. Both times I’ve called them for help with my ac in the middle of summer and they are there the next day, fix the problem in 10 minutes and charge you unbelievably reasonable prices.

Our a/c unit died on a Saturday evening two days before I was leaving on a business trip. I called our regular HVAC company to see if they would be able to send someone out to assist but was told that because they're overbooked and I'm not signed up for their maintenance plan that I would have to wait until the office opened on Monday to find out when I could get on their schedule. So I called another company that had decent reviews online and after speaking with them I would again have to wait until Monday because they left the schedule at the office plus I just didn't get the warm & fuzzies as they seemed very sales-y and gimmicky.

Not sure where to turn, I posted on Facebook for recommendations and two of my friends recommended Metal Mechanics so I left them a message (we're now into Sunday morning) and within 10 minutes Michelle gave me a call back. She was so nice and caring, she was the first person I spoke with who actually asked me how I was doing. After explaining the issue with our a/c unit she told me that they had a technician who could come out today. I was elated and it only gets better! Pete showed up right on time, checked out our furnace filter and then went to inspect the a/c unit. After a few minutes he explained to us that our capacitor was shot, explained to us what that part does and asked if we wanted to go ahead and replace it. Pete was so great at communicating with us every step of the way and even gave us some pointers about how to make our system run better. Within an hour we had cold air blowing through our house again (hallelujah!) and the price was extremely reasonable. I expected to pay a bit more for after hours service but there was definitely no price gouging or selling us anything we didn't need.

I definitely recommend this company and we'll be using them for all our HVAC needs going forward. So refreshing to find an honest company who cares about you as a person and gaining your trust by doing things the right way!

On the advice of my realtor, I contacted Metal Mechanics when a house I recently moved into failed to blow warm air one chilly morning. Since I just relocated from Arizona, I didn't have a clue as to what company to call for service. What great luck that I was given the number for Metal Mechanics! When Scott arrived, he had to go down in the crawl space located in my garage to diagnose the problem with my 25 year old furnace.
Once that was accomplished, he called the office and Michelle was able to locate a replacement part. Scott immediately headed to the parts store and returned to complete the job.
Not only did he get my old dinosaur furnace to produce heat, he took the time to check that my carbon monoxide detectors were current and that my hot water heater was properly ventilated. This was done without a request - it was the work of a true professional!
Metal Mechanics was thorough, efficient and $300 less than another company quoted in price. They will definitely be my forever service provider for my HVAC needs!

I'd have to state that I feel this is an AWESOME Company! From my request for furnace repair, with the office manager in the morning who was very knowledgeable and pleasant, through the repairs early afternoon by the service tech, who brought the correct parts with him, was mask accommodating, punctual, clean and pleasant, the job was quickly completed and I wouldn't hesitate to call them FIRST, for any future needs!! No evidence of "EMERGENCY price gouging", add-on charges or inflated labor charges that have seemed popular with other companies past.

Had an awesome experience with this company. Awesome front office - Michelle - to schedule them and run down various issues. We had them install a new attic fan, and could not be happier. Their team showed up on time, the guys were very professional, friendly, competent and got the job done in a couple of hours. Could not be happier - will use them again!

Metal Mechanics sold and installed a new heating and air conditioning system for me last year. Their staff was excellent and did an amazing job of getting everything installed on time and without a hitch. A year later after using both, I love how both the heating and air conditioning works smoothly and efficiently. This company is top notch and I highly recommend them for quality and service!

Our furnace went out after two responses by another company, including a $500 repair for a new gas valve two weeks ago. Our furnace is 7 years old. The other company also recommended I think about getting a new furnace. I called Metal Mechanics around 8:00 AM and Mike was at my house at 11:00 AM. He fixed my furnace with a $36 part and said I was nowhere near needing a new furnace. Ethical companies, not driven by commission, are hard to come by, and I left my “membership” driven company and became a customer of Metal Mechanics.
