These guys were here in less than 24 hours. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They were a second opinion and they noticed that the 1st tech (who told us our entire hvac system had to be replaced) never even took the dual capacitor out to check it. It turned out that was the part that needed replaced! Everything else works fine. They even asked if we wanted to replace it ourselves, or if we wanted them to replace it. These people actually care about helping people! I will refer them to everyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

1st Action came in and fixed our messy situation AND fixed work done previously that wasn't "fixed". The whole staff is knowledgeable and so helpful!

Headed into fall. Have a new house with new HVAC system and want to stay ahead of regular maintenance. 1st Action was able to get me on the schedule for same day. Techs arrived on time (early end of the schedule window) and took about 30 min to run through the maintenance checklist and get everything cleaned. 1st Action will be my first call for future maintenance and repair services.

After 27 years my ac just wouldn't keep up. Called Brandon at 1st action (who I've used in the past) and they were able to get out to check the unit. After discussing option we decided a whole new system was warranted. They were able to get me on the schedule within 2 days. The installation went smooth, the installers were on time and very friendly and competent. The whole experience was very good and I recommend 1st action.

They intentionally canceled my appointment at 8:10 when my appointment was at 8am. B the owner didnt like the fact that I didn't accept a previous bid months ago. Very unprofessional and from what I understand this is a recurring problem with this company. I most certainly would not recommend 1st action plumbing. Very unprofessional.

I’m so grateful for James and Mason! They went out of their way to help me get my hot water working again before heading to their bigger jobs. They were kind, efficient, and genuinely cared about solving the problem. Highly recommend!

Mason did a great job! We had a garbage disposal that wasn't very old, but just stopped working. He replaced it and made sure it worked and didn't leak. I'll use 1st Action again!

The service call was $167 to get out to an appointment for a leaking garbage disposal. The price without replacing the disposal, but removing it and installing a basket strainer and tailpiece was $485, for a total of $652 (they don’t waive the call out fee if you have the work done). The price of these pieces purchased at Home Depot is $20.20.

Shame on this company for their astronomical markups on parts and labor (less than an hour of time). I would not do business with this company at any rental of mine, and I’d advise others to stay away as well.
