After getting quotes from Swan and Lion, we finally went with ACC as our choice to replace our 20 year old furnace and AC. Swan and Lion were overquoting us on similar, smaller systems I learned. From the start they were super-professional and helpful with making a good selection for our house and our budget. Our house was a difficult install as they had to run an exhaust line for the furnace through our soffit in the basement about 15 feet and they still made it happen! The bad: our house failed the efficiency works test after their installation and we missed out on potential energy rebates of $1000. They weren't very helpful walking through that with us either; I had to keep reaching out to them (I felt like we just fell off their radar). They also just kind of left their mess after the install. Forgot to tell me they shut off my hot water heater, left sharp metal scraps and wires and plastic just hanging out in the rocks on the side of our house. That's all that keeps me from giving ACC a full 5/5. *Guys, step up your post-install checklists (cleaning and client rebate follow-up) and you'll be golden. I went with their service warranty on our equipment as well because I really do trust their work. Do yourself a favor and book a quote with ACC.

Fixed the swamp cooler in our warehouse which other businesses refused to work on. Also cleaned up and made our office AC units more efficient. Originally had them in to fix our big gas furnace in the warehouse and like them so much, we had them do all these other things. And, in addition to all that, they fixed a leaking commercial freezer for us. Great customer service and communication.

Our furnace went out last night. When no one else would answer calls today (Even the business that installed our furnace 4 years ago) Chris was right on it. Kind and professional. Super knowledgeable and gave advice for next time this happens. Call Chris and his group before anyone else. We will for sure.

Scheduled a diagnostic for my A/C that wasn't working properly during the summer. The office responded quickly and got me on the schedule right away. Chris also did a great job diagnosing my unit. He got it up and running and it has been working properly since then! I would definitely recommend.

Kasey and his crew are the best of the best! They did all of our HVAC for our basement in our home and I am more than happy with their work! We have a new semi custom home and I wish that we had used Air Comfort Complete for the entire home. They checked the quality of our existing system, even found a few things that we needed to address with our builder.

Chris and his colleague (also Chris) fixed our furnace in, not even kidding, like 10-minutes, after we had spent nearly a week without heat and going back and forth between the gas company, the city, a plumber... basically everyone. No one could figure out what the issue was but Chris knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it, instantly. It was such a relief to have a solution and feel confident our furnace would now work properly (and our house wouldn't smell like awful natural gas!). They were easy to work with, texted when they were on their way (and arrived within 30 mins of the text), listened to our concerns and what the situation was, and were quick to start working on and fixing the problem. I'd recommend Air Comfort Complete to everyone--phenomenal folks and so thankful for their help!

It was so hot this morning that I couldn’t bring myself to wear socks. Thankfully we had Daniel and Kris come out from air comfort complete!

Daniel and Kris allowed me to watch what they did and when I asked questions they answered with terminology I could understand though I have no HVAC knowledge. They also offered advice on maintenance which I really appreciated, since my lack of maintenance would cost me more money down the road.

They were both friendly and courteous, and very professional. They found a quick solution and were in and out within an hour.

It’s now one hour after they left and my toes are frozen already. Time to get some socks. Thanks Daniel and Kris, job well done!

I highly recommend Air Comfort Complete for furnace repair. The senior service technician, Daniel, was very thorough in diagnosing the problem with the furnace. After completing the work he tested it to make sure it was working properly before he left my house. He was very professional and conscientious about his work.

I was very pleased with the furnace cleaning they did for me. The tech was nice and thorough and I feel ready for this winter!

I had a company come out and look at it before and they said my compressor was broken and I needed to get a whole new unit or fix the compressor and both were around $7,000. I was calling around and everyone just gave me estimates without looking into anything. The technician from comfort air actually looked into it and revealed that the first company rewired the capacitor backwards. What was a 300-400 dollar fix almost cost me thousands. The technician (Daniel) was honest and upfront about everything. I will only use them if I have future problems now. Highly recommend this company.

I scheduled this company took the day off in two hours before the appointment. They called me to tell me that they wanted to triple the price because they were no longer honoring the price that was given to me originally when I spoke with them on the phone earlier that week.

What a lovely experience! We had a heating system installed a few years back that was poorly done and left the middle of our house with no heat. Kasey came and assured us he could help us with our problem and did all that he said. He and his crew went above and beyond to fix our problem and also gave us a dryer vent! It was during the 92-90 degree weather in August called a few places which I knew they were all busy but these guys came out within a day and gave us all option and came back following day and fixxed our AC!

Another I called (before Air comfort complete) said if I wanted to pay an upcharge on tech/parts and labor they could come out sooner. Plus they were already higher than Air comfort Complete.

Huge RAVE to Air Comfort Complete. Kelly, Robert and the team are top notch! I’m on one of their comfort plans and they always make sure I’m taken care of. On the coldest day of the year, they had to replace my furnace 😩 and did everything they could to get me back up and running within hours (working way past business hours). Their top priority was my safety and it shows. Robert did a very thorough job today, making sure my AC unit was working efficiently, cleaned the grates and changed filter etc. I appreciate the time and care they take. I highly recommend them.

What an incredible company. From their office staff to the tech who visited my home, everyone was so friendly and helpful. They got my furnace fixed same day and were available to even install a air purifier for me during their visit. Top notch service at a good price.

Daniel was a true class professional. So, I called Air Confort Complete to get a second opinion on a problem with my heater. The first technician diagnosed the problem as a bad board which is about 2K with the labor. When I asked why he thought it was that he seemed dismissive and quick to change the subject, not able to provide a technical answer. I had no choice but to order the part because we’re still in the end of the winter season.

Something just didn’t sit right with me and we called to get a second opinion. I’m very glad we did because Daniel found the cause of the issue after a thorough diagnostics. He found that my son dropped a ball in the vent and that caused an issue with the intake pressure which wouldn't allow the furnace to operate correctly. He found the problem and fixed it with reason and care. In much contrast to the first technician that came out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys for your heating needs.

I called air comfort because my heater just stopped working. They sent out Daniel who was on time, friendly and very professional. My heater problem turned into a complicated troubleshoot with no answers. He worked all day to find a solution and made multiple phone calls to the manufacturer. Still no answers. He temped it up and said he would return when they came up with a solution. He kept me informed the entire time as we waited. Today he arrived with a game plan and it Finally fixed the issue immediately!! Cant say enough about this company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
