Melvin did a great job replacing my broken blower motor on my furnace! He quickly diagnosed the problem over the weekend and paid extra attention to tolerances when replacing the unit; going back to the manufacturer to get a second replacement part after the first part they sent was out of spec.

Working with Tri-City was a great experience.
We worked with Richard on choosing the right replacement AC unit and found that with available rebates we could get a heat pump that would cool and heat for the same cost as stand alone AC.
The equipment was readily available and after the agreement installation was scheduled just a few days later.
When Brandon and his crew arrived they got right to work, had everything they needed and removed the old unit and began the installation of the new unit.
This was a challenging installation as the air handler is in the attic and space to install the unit was very limited.
They persisted and got the unit in without a scratch.
After all the necessary wiring, drain lines, and thermostat install they ran through the setup and diagnostics to ensure everything was working properly.
Lastly Brandon went through all the user options with the new smart thermostat and ensured we understood everything.
He assured us if we had questions or concerns to just call and he would walk us through any questions or would drop by as necessary.
All the guys were polite, mindful of our property and did an awesome job.
Props to all the guys that worked hard on a tough install.
They had tarps down and did an excellent job picking up after the job was completed.
We’re really satisfied with the new equipment and how it performs.
Honestly can’t wait for some cool weather to see how the heating system works and how it will make our house more comfortable.

Everyone I have interacted with at Tri City have been courteous and knowledgeable. The tech who has done my checkups has never tried to sell me anything. The salesman who came did extensive measurements and recommended based on the size and didn’t try to sell me the most expensive unit. The installation team were great. Explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with it before leaving. I’m not anticipating any problems and know I can call if I have questions.

Just had semi minor repair done on our old furnace. Within 1 hour it was done on cold Sunday! Knew we had old furnace and didn't try to cram new unit on us....but will be buying one from them! Highly recommend Martin! What a nice, honest and knowledgeable guy. Local company as well.

Barbara - in seeking a company to buy Air conditioning, Furnace and Water heater for my new home in Loveland , this was going to be a huge feat for us! So we had to learn and do our homework and interviews with different company’s which came to several… along with the correct home size calculations and how they arrived at this figure and in comparison to all the Companies we encountered and our education along side the existing previous features in cooling and heating that were in place ! . Our homework paid off alongside the interviewing process and meetings in the final selection in arriving at the sweet spot for all these units! with the Installation and customer service and Respect line Tri City in loveland was the final contender and the driving force in our intricate decision! The experience from start to finish with Tri city was the best in comparison to the other companies vying for our business hands down! Decided to replace existing HVAC with a heat pump, vastly improved humidifier, wi fi thermostats and an air purification system.
Richard provided a detailed quote and found some deficiencies in my system that needed to be addressed. The humidifier was undersized. The vents to the adjoining gas water heaters were not to code as they had 3 inch vs 4 inch exhaust vents. This was not a part of the HVAC issue but Tri Cities replaced the vents as a courtesy to us.
The install day was amazing…everything was done in 8 hours by 7 technicians. Every one of them was courteous and professional.it was evident that they were carefully hired and then cross-trained as they worked so well together. They clearly enjoyed working with each other and took pride in their work. There were occasions where one employee would compliment the craftsmanship of another’s work.
They left the scene spotless.
In the course of replacing to old system, they improved the return airflow by fabricating wider sheet metal …and they discovered that the existing humidifier was never connected to a drain…it was undersized and useless.
The day ended with a patient tutorial on how to use the system.

Brandon really knows his stuff, lots of experience. Both Brandon and Martin were very courteous and polite while doing my winter furnace check. They also took time to review and educate me on my programmable thermostat. I am very pleased with Tri-City Heating and Air Conditioning and very thankful I chose them to install my HVAC system last year.

The Tri-City Heating and Air Conditioning team were great. They were very courteous. They explained everything in detail.. They installed both a furnace and air conditioner system. The process from start to finish was very easy. From the beginning when they came to look at the furnace, to financing, and to the installation. They took their time to show us everything we need to know. They work with Carrier. Definitely a wonderful company and great people to work with. Everyone in their company. We definitely would recommend. Thank you for everything.

My furnace was hitting the 20 year mark and I knew it would need to be replaced sooner rather than later. I talked to Nick and had him come out to see what we could do. He gave me some great advice on how to best proceed with what would be best for our home and budget. Two days later Richard contacted me and sent over the proposal. They were able to get me a new furnace and heat pump for way less than I was expecting with all of the available rebates going on now. I was able to obtain the funds the same day and had them come out and do the installation the next day. The install guys were great. They were super nice and did a fantastic job of installing my new furnace and heat pump. They were done in about 6 hours and cleaned up so well there was no sign they had ever been here other than the nice new equipment. Next time anyone asks who to recommend for HVAC needs, this is who I will be recommending. They have earned a lifetime customer here.

John is a superb HVAC master mechanic...

John installed a mini-split A/C system for us that we could not be more happy with!

John went out of his way to take care of an emergency breakdown of our A/C unit during his busy schedule. His professionalism and technical knowledge allies him to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. I would recommend him highly.

We agreed on furnace and air conditioner replacement. I paid him $3000 for the down payment with the remainder due after completion. After a week of no communication, I contacted him to set a date for the install. Date set and and short while later, he canceled saying "not everyone is a dog person." He then added a $120 fee that he never told me about. He said he'd put the "check in the mail" minus his fee. I haven't heard from him since.

John is a man of integrity and very knowledgeable about his craft. I am so thankful I called him after another company said I needed a new control board for over $1,000. He resolved my issue in less than an hour with no parts needed. Highly recommended!

I had called John last year to look at my mom's a/c. It was not working, he repaired it and advised that it would need to be replaced at some point as it was the old R22 system. So I called him to replace the unit this year. John came out to the house and sent me a quote and the unit was replaced at his quoted cost within 4 days! Extremely responsive and great work!

John was quick to try and guide me through the process over phone. Wasn’t even concerned with getting paid. He then came out when I was still having trouble the same day. The man knows the systems in and out and is very prompt. I will continue to use his service for any of my future needs.
