It is reassuring that our HVAC is under the care of Tri-City Heating & Air Conditioning. I recommend their services as well as their annual maintenance program. Melvin just left our house after conducting our Spring maintenance. No upselling or pressure to purchase unwanted additional products or services. As a retired electrician, I appreciate a qualified technician who is trustworthy. Melvin was here to perform quality work. I believe this is the way to build a successful and sustainable business. I hope this review will help all those needing a quality HVAC company.

My furnace was acting funny on a Thursday night before a cold front so I wanted to get it checked before the weekend. I was able to get an appointment the following day at a time that was convenient for me. Melvin called when he was on his way and arrived right on time! I've never had that happen with a repair company! Melvin quickly discovered that my furnace just needed a standard yearly maintenance. He performed the maintenance and did not try to sell me a whole new unit but did advise I should start budgeting since it's a 20 year old furnace.
I'm very happy with Tri City and they are now my go to! Highly recommended!

I had Tri-City replace the entire furnace and A/C unit at my aunt's house. They were very prompt, professional, and courteous. They are honest and upfront with their pricing. They use quality products that come with a very good warranty. I was amazed at how fast they completed the work and they did a terrific job. My aunt was very pleased and so am I. Great work at a great price. This is the only HVAC company I will use in the future.

After working w/ Tu--a super talented (smart, talented and hard working tech)--a few months ago to repair my aging furnace, I decided to proactively replace my 18 year-old furnace & A/C. After getting competitive bids, I decided to stick with Tri-City. I couldn't be happier! The 3 person installation team worked extremely efficiently together to get the installation perfectly right! Brandon, Chris and Omar were friendly, knowledgeable and explained fully the new units operation & functions. I strongly recommend them and the Company. As evidenced by this experience, working with a small, locally-owned business is a smart thing to do! Thank you again Richard & Tri-City!

Great communication, kept their word, stayed on schedule, handle all of the post sale paperwork such as warranty registration, rebates, etc. Loveland based company with employees that live here as well. Overall great experience.

This contractor has been the source of much frustration. The owner failed to inform us we needed to have a permit from the city. Darin Oschner represented his business as a member of the Efficiency Works program in Larimer County. He also represented his business as a member of the state Efficiency program and entitled to rebates. Darin told us he would file the papers at the end of the year so it would take some time for us to get our rebate To date he has refused to complete any paperwork needed to get these two rebates.
Only after I contacted the building inspector and complained did Tri-City complete the permit application. He has failed to respond to numerous phone calls.
I would not recommend this business as a result of the owner's misrepresentations.

Called Tri-City for a maintenance call to service my
AC unit that was not performing in the house I purchased. Brandon was assigned, but was not able to make me his last call of the day. Nevertheless, he called me to explain I would be his call the next day. He arrived at my home at 8 am the next morning. Within in an hour, he diagnosed my problem, fixed it, and walked me through all he did. He was exceptionally courteous and extremely conscientious.

I highly recommend Tri-City and give Brandon a “Shout-Out”!

Melvin & Brandon installed a new air conditioner today & they were awesome! Prompt, knowledgeable & finished in the time alloted. Tri City also replaced our furnace on a very cold night a few years ago. They are so dependable & trustworthy. As senior citizens, we are so thankful we found them! We will continue to use them for all our hvac needs.

I called Tri-City to come check out my central air conditioner because it wasn't cooling the house as well as it has in the past. I called to schedule an appt. and the lady I spoke with was super sweet and helpful. She was able to get me set up for the next day. She told me up front what their show up / first hour price was and that any parts or more time would have an estimate first to be approved before more work started. That morning, I had to call and reschedule. I talked to another super polite and helpful person and he was like, no big deal and just bumped me up a couple of hours. The tech who showed up was Melvin and he was awesome. He was super nice and he shared a lot of tips with me about little things I can do to prevent a lot of common issues. The unit was just super dirty and needed some more refrigerant. He explained how much it cost and what it needed. He was done in no time and I was very surprised at how low the final cost was. Very fair. No up sales, no gouging, very fair. My AC is working like new again! I can see why these guys get so many 5 star reviews. From my first interactions on the phone, to meeting a very knowledgeable technician who didn't talk over my head and try to sell me things I didn't need, it was a great experience. I will definitely call them in the future and have already recommended them to my friend. Great service, friendly to deal with and very good prices. Thank you very much!

Tu was absolutely amazing!! It is rare that a service call goes this smoothly. Our AC stopped working and I submitted a contact request on Sunday night. Received a call from Melissa 8am on Monday. Tu was out by 10am and got it fixed in less than an hour. He was incredibly knowledgeable. I could not be happier with this company!

They left an open box cutter and a small amount of debris in the utility room. Denied doing anything to a flexible connection on the humidifier, but the debris found in a metal pamphlet holder would indicate otherwise.

A few weeks after Tri-City fixed my AC, Melvin came out to ensure the system is running to peak performance. He spent almost an hour checking and tuning the system, then educating me on what I should be doing. The AC is now running the best it ever has, better than new! Very impressed with this company.

Over the last 18 months, I've had Tri-City Heating & Air Conditioning technicians visit my home three times. During each visit, they were prompt, professional, and thorough. In addition to the normal heating and A/C work, they also replaced damaged ductwork. Their attention to detail in that work was even complimented by my dad who's a retired sheet metal worker. Very nice. All three explained their findings and solutions without any sales pressure which was refreshing. I definitely recommend this company and appreciate having them just a phone call away.

Tri City is the absolute best in the business! I wouldn't consider using any other company. They always take care of me and all of my clients that I refer to them. My AC went out on a Thursday, I texted the owner late in the evening, he responded right away and had techs out by 8 am the next morning. By Monday, I had a new, completely efficient and state of the art HVAC system installed. The crew worked for hours to get the new system installed and made sure it was working perfectly. I'm now going to save a ton on my energy bills and my house is comfortable. A big shout out to Brandon, Chris, and Martin for taking care of everything. Don't even consider another HVAC company, call Tri City Heating and Air for all of your HVAC needs. They're the BEST! 100%

Fabulous experience if you can say that about a service call with a straight face. Furnace/AC install on new home build 3 years ago. Today mid-morning compressor stopped working.

Melvin showed up 20 minutes early to the appt, very polite and thorough. I was expecting something in the nonsense $400-$600 range for a $30 capacitor change. It WAS the capacitor, which was under warranty and so we only paid for the base service call rate. No idea we still had warranty. Trust earned!

Very happy, very pleased. Melvin's card is going on the fridge and I hope I never call him again! Thank you to the owners for having a great employee and client-centric systems.

We have used Tri City for several years. They replaced our furnace and AC units a few years ago and have serviced them since then. This company is so great to work with, they are fast and available, super knowledgeable and always do a great job. Melvin has been our technician the last few times and he's our favorite. He explains things clearly, works quickly and treats us like friends! I highly recommend this company, I always have a good experience when I call them.

Had a wonderful experience with Tri-city. Richard did our estimate and was very knowledgeable and responsive. We were able to schedule promptly after we deciding on the package. Brandon and his crew were friendly and efficient. They did a full furnace, ac and attic system in two days and the system works great. Is highly recommend them for any ac or heating needs

My heater gave out during the last cold snap and they came out on short notice and got it working. The tech was awesome and the whole experience with them was great. I recommend them highly.

Needed both our heating and AC replaced, and after getting several quotes from a few local places, we settled on Tri-City - primarily because of an excellent interaction with Richard on the initial visit, but also partially because of their competitive pricing compared to the other quotes we received.
The whole team that did the install did a fantastic job - they were all very courteous and professional, and we're very happy with the final result.
Would easily recommend, and will certainly be using them in the future if we have any additional HVAC needs!
