Jahvonie Was on time and did a very thorough inspection and found an issue that could Be dangerous. Michael was able to come out that same day to go over some options to replacing our furnace with us. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Corey and Spencer arrived the next day and installed our new furnace very quickly and everyone was very professional.

Annual maintenance was scheduled for today. Great communication and reminders of appointment. The technician calls when he is on his way and you get text as well.
Joshua was excellent. Answered my questions. Explained a few things that I didn't remember hearing about previously. He changed my 2 filters. Very nice interaction with Joshua today.

Big shout to: Tyler B & Ivan V were such big help with the new install of our new furnace and new A/C. They were very good at keeping the house clean/and any mess that did happen they were very thoughtful on the clean up. They did a very big job of removing old equipment and installing new equipment and I couldn't be more pleased with it. I also have to give a big shout out to Cameron C for coming out on our emergency call. He arrived to our house quickly and was very knowledgeable. He helped us understand why our furnace died and showed the problems and helped us understand our system we had. The whole team was very professional and very down to earth. Great group of hardworking and knowledgeable men. Highly recommend this company and their craftsmanship. Our house appreciates the crew of workers through this stressful time. Thanks again.

Our furnace went out on a Sunday morning. I called Tri-City and their man Melvin came out within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. He had the part in his truck and replaced it, and the whole job was done within an hour. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. The repair was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company.

We chose Tri-City over several other businesses in NoCo due to their reputation, their positive, no-pressure initial contact, and their more than competitive estimate for our needs. The professionalism and care for their clients was evident from our first phone call through the selection process and installation of our new system. We were very impressed with the time and consideration that each and every employee we worked with took to educate us and address any concerns we had with patience and a smile. Thank you Tri City!! We had another company come and service our furnace. Of course they found problems. Because it was under warranty the manufacturer wanted another company to come and inspect. Tri City proved that there wasn’t anything wrong with our furnace and changed all the filters that the first company didn’t. They saved us $1000.00. I appreciate a company that is honest and thinks of their customers. Melvin was a delight and explained everything to me. You have won new customers for life!!!

Tri-City Heating and Air is hands down one of the most honest companies I have ever worked with. When it was 20 degrees out and my furnace stopped working they were on site in an hour of my call. They fixed my furnace quickly and their fees were extremely reasonable. They even gave me things to watch and be mindful of as my furnace ages. The service tech Brandon was polite and despite how you may feel about masks during a pandemic, he came to the door wearing a mask and didn’t take it off, didn’t ask to take it off and didn’t complain about wearing it. Last year my mother-in-law was told by another local company she needed a new furnace, I recommended she call Tri-City for a second opinion (solely for the reason it as printed on my thermostat). Not only did they come out after hours in the freezing cold, they fixed her furnace with a part they had on the truck. What else can I say? Call Tri-City, they are honest, polite, fast, and reputable. Thank you Tri-City. I truly apricate your hard work and honesty.

Excellent friendly service. Called morning re: our non-working Modine gas garage heater, appointment same day for 1PM with Brandon, he called ahead, showed up on time, replaced circuit board, cleaned flame sensor, all in under an hour. Very reasonable cost. The heater is now working properly.

Absolutely fantastic service. My mother-in-law's air conditioner wouldn't start this year. She was quoted $11,000 from lion home services for the fix and I felt like she was getting ripped off, so I called Tri-City. They came out the same day I called and figured out it was just a small issue with the thermostat. Final price came out to $95 and it was fixed that day. Chris and Brandon are great. A perfect example of what to expect from an honest company that actually wants to earn your business instead of screwing you for a quick buck. I will 100% be using them again in the future!

Who installs a brand new ac unit in a newly constructed home and then puts the incorrect filter into said unit? Tri City heating that's who. Wondered why the brand new house had became dusty immediately 🤦‍♂️

A huge world of thanks to everyone at Tri-City Heating & Air Conditioning. Our furnace gave out on us during this very cold spell and Tri-City was available and was able to replace our furnace same day as we called in. We are now toasty warm and send our utmost appreciation to them.

We originally met the Tri-City folks when we needed maintenance/repairs to our mountain home heating system. We were pleased with Tri-City's responsiveness and expertise (Melvin). Then, we recently purchased a new Carrier high-efficiency furnace and a heat pump heating and cooling system from Tri-City for our primary residence. Darin, Melissa, and the other folks at Tri-City were easy to work with and very professional and competent in their product recommendations and installation of the system. My wife and I are very pleased with the system, especially the heat pump, and highly recommend Tri-City for HVAC products and work.

Brandon the technician at Tri City was so competent and knowledgeable. He and his crew did a great job of installing a new heating and air conditioning system in our home. They were professional and respectful and they cleaned up after they were done. Darin the owner of Tri City was very responsive and understanding of our needs. I would highly recommend Tri City for any HVAC needs.

My AC went out in the middle of a heat wave. I called first thing Monday morning and Melvin was here within about 2 hours and had me back up and running as quickly as he could. I've always had awesome service from Melvin and he always takes time to greet my pups as well. 😊
