Graham was a great plumber. He fixed my issues in what I consider record time, he is a great person, did a fantastic job, we had great conversation and he answer a few questions and pointed out a few things as well, would definitely recommend him to anyone and his company as well. I am sooooo disappointed in Swan. Always trying to push FALSE sales. And had it this last time. Got a second opinion and NO gas leak. I have been with you for a VERY long time. Friday I pulled from you! Am done. You can have the owner call me I would be happy to discuss this situation and other situations with him !!

Gabriel (plumbing) and Dylan (hvac) came for maintenance of water heater and furnace. Both treated us with great respect, and were very efficient with their work. Dylan checked over our furnace and was able to catch a gas leak before it became worse. Gabriel also replaced a pipe under our sink, valves and the inner workings of our toilet. Both were very clean, and made sure to clean up after themselves. Their hard work is very much appreciated.

Miguel was here today to do our plumbing inspection. He was polite, very thorough, and explained everything he did to inspect the plumbing. He took the time to explain the results of his inspection and areas of concerns. We are very satisfied!
Likewise, Rodney was here at the same time doing a furnace inspection. He also was very thorough and explained the process he went through. We were very satisfied with his work as well.

Gabriel went above and beyond what was expected. He took his time explaining things to me. My water heater has a slow leak. I can’t afford to replace until after the new year. He suggested that a water alarm to hopefully last until then. He installed one. He is a great asset to have on staff.

I had 3 HVAC companies give quotes for replacing my air conditioning system. First was borderline dishonest in my opinion and gave me a high quote for the lowest grade Lennox. I got the names of two Lennox Premier installers from Lennox and both were top notch and both bid upgraded high efficiency Lennox AC and with rebates and discounts, their bids were just slightly higher than lower grade first bid. I went with Swan as they were the best quote. Micah was very professional and knowledgeable in calculating the load and sizing(as was the other Lennox Premier dealer) and Max the tech who did the install was great: technically knowledgeable, polite and on time,even working till 8:00pm to finish the job

I am a current club member with Swans and really appreciate their work. The office where I work needed to have a toilet repair done. Our previous plumbing service was no longer open so I decided to call Swan Plumbing in Loveland. Grahman came to our office building and evaluated our problem. The toilet repair was done the following day. I want to thank Graham for his work. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional.

Always an amazing service experience with Swan. They were able to come out the same day. When does that happen?? The plumber, Graham, was not only on time but funny, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. He was able to diagnose my hot water heater issue and repair it in no time. Gabriel Johnson represents your company well with the utmost professionalism and respect. He took the time to explain every aspect of this repair and explained options to join your service plan. He was very personable and an enjoyment to have in our home.

I had to have my 23 year old Furnace/AC replaced and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose Swan. From start to finish everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. From the moment I called I was treated with respect and was put on the schedule right away. Dustin came out and was very thorough and helpful when diagnosing the problem and did a great job of explaining the issue and giving me my options. Micah put together various quotes so I had various levels of options to choose from. It’s definitely Not cheap but with the big rebates they made it affordable. He was able to get me scheduled for the very next day and Zack, Tyler, and Austin showed up the next day and did an amazing job with the install. They did great work, explained the system very well, and made sure I knew how to control everything. I am very happy with everyone at Swan and how easy the process was from start to finish.

Andrew came out on a Sunday during the coldest morning of the year when my furnace wasn’t working. He arrived within 30 minutes of my call and was incredibly friendly and polite and had my furnace working within the hour. Great job Andrew!

Tanner came out and did a clean and tune on our system. He was very professional and got the work done without issue. We’re very happy with the work. We will be coming back to Swan if there’s any HVAC/Plumbing issues in the future.

Bryce Garcia did an excellent job. He was very efficent and polite. He showed me pictures of all the areas he inspected and carefully explained everything to me. I would recommend him to any of your clients!

I was overcharged $400 for what Roto Rooter offers a service for of $99. They never unclogged the sink, misrepresented the conversation that we had about the expectations of the job and then Jaden the Supervisor felt it was all right that his plumber left pipes that were leaking water in my house. They weren’t leaking prior to his arrival! Overall, the job was never completed, and my plumbing situation was worse with leftover garbage underneath the sink and a puddle of water and a leaky pipe that wasn’t leaking prior to Swan plumbing showing up.

Replaced a 20 year old AC and heating system with a new system. Did not want contractor grade equipment. Desired a more efficient system. Swan only one to provide a quote after they came, took measurements, discussed with me my concerns and what I wanted. Provided 4 levels of options to choose from. Went through rebates which saved me $$$$. Technicians were very professional. I work in design and construction for large scale solar and battery systems for utilities, I was impressed with the skilled craftsmanship of the technicians. Provided enough people to complete change over in a single 8 hour shift. Also corrected ventilation duct and flu issues with the system. These guys were great and highly recommend them. “Slow is Smooth, Smooth is Fast” took their time and were very efficient.

I interviewed 6 hvac companies before choosing Swan. They had the most knowledgeable and professional crew from the first person who came to my house to the last. They took time to explain things in detail and answer all my questions right away. I also think I got the absolute best deal for all of the work they did.

Justin Sanders was such a pleasure to work with!! Very professional and thorough, explained all he did and advised of possible problems we might encounter. Was not pushy about getting repairs done, but explained why it might be needed. We have been customers of Swan for a number of years, and will continue to be. We had another service technician Mark come out this past summer to inspect our AC, and he also needs to be commended on his excellent work and customer skills. I highly recommend Swan, and their technicians! These two individuals were exemplary!! THANKS

A thank you to Swan for excellent work. What we thought would be regular maintenance ended up being the replacement of the boiler and two hot water heaters. Andrew discovered the issue and called for his supervisor for a second opinion. Problem was verified and we were given three options. Given the severity of the issue, they were able to start two days later for a three day job. Ruben and Justin were very kind and did an excellent job with the entire replacement. We appreciated their willingness to take the time to explain the process. House was built in 1979 with original boiler. A big thank you to Andrew, Ruben, and Justin! Because of your hard work, we were saved from a much bigger future issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Swan!

Christian came by today for routine maintenance showed me how to clean my flame sensor he adjusted my gas pressure was very knowledgeable was able to answer all my questions we shared a couple laughs and I'm very glad I called but today thank you so much for everything you guys do God bless and happy New Year

Joseph Did a great job. He was very efficient and quick but still did a thorough job. Didn’t feel like I was being sold things I didn’t need.
