Recently had our furnace stop working. They came out promptly to diagnose the issue. Gave us all our options and ultimately our 22 old furnace/ac needed replaced. From Courtney in sales to Mason in install - everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable.

Balance Point did an excellent job installing our mini split system and I would highly recommend their services. Justin and Tim were absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and installed our units quickly and efficiently. Nick was also a great project manager - very communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly - he helped make the entire process seamless.

I had used the same Fort Collins HVAC company for decades and it was purchased by Balance Point recently. That transition surprised me because they have done even better than the business that I was very happy with for many years. The recent service from Matt demonstrated how intentional this business is about assuring problems are fixed when the need is there. Super!

Update for Balance Point Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. ANOTHER GREAT BIG SHOUT-OUT TO BALANCE POINT HEATING in Loveland. Since my last furnace was installed 9 years ago (it was a Goodman) I have been upset. Plenty of repair bills with various companies and it still never seemed to work correctly. Then I called Balance Point. (I still had Eric's card, please see below) Nick came out and listened to my series of problems like no heat in my sunroom and how the temp in the house varied all the time. I had explained this to other companies but was dismissed. Nick was patient and listened. He gave me options and I chose one. Within a week I had a new Lennox furnace. Now I have heat in my entire home. It is comfortable. I had spoken to Bill and Jesse over the phone and they were just as polite and caring as Nick was. Three people came out to install everything and fix problems. Santana was so good at his job that I asked him how long he had been working at it. He told me 7 years. Ethan and Dominguez were also onsite doing the work and were polite, friendly, and efficient. Everyone was always smiling and made me feel respected. Experience was obvious. They repaired all my problems that included many venting issues. They had finished and then realized my water pump was not working. They waited for one to be delivered and then installed it-no charge. WOW! I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their kindness and their efficiency in repairing all issues. For certain, Balance Point is who I will go with from now on. Thank you to all!

My first experiene with Balance Point was with Eric Johnson with Balance Point Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing 4 months ago. After checking the old thermostat to see if it could be repaired or reprogrammed, he installed a new thermostat quickly and efficiently. He had the perfect product with him that is not complicated, something I really appreciated. He listened to what I wanted and even repaired a small existing problem on my furnace. He is good humored, professional, and respectful. He gave me his card and I will keep it for future reference as he is the one to call for me going forward. Thank you Eric.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! I had an issue with my gas furnace leaking and after a bad experience with another company I called Balance Point and they were able to fit me in same day after hours. Matt was very professional and took the time to make sure everything was working fine and safe while also explaining everything he was doing. He didn't try and sell me things I didn't need (unlike the other company). I will be calling these guys in the future for any HVAC work I need in the future.

Matt is beyond amazing! They truly mean 24/7 and helped us in the middle of the night when our heat went out in winter after we had brought our premie newborn home. He communicated well, and is a true expert. He identified the problem and fixed it flawlessly. Plus, he gave us helpful tips and info for the future. Thank you so much Matt, we super appreciate it. Our Carrier two stage heating unit was not cycling correct. Tyrell came out to service and he was very polite, personable, professional and took his time in doing the job right! I strongly recommend Balance Point HVAC. I have been a Balance Point customer for many years. They were recommended to me over ten years ago by a plumber at Master Mechanical I met at a yoga class. For years they kept my old boiler going when other companies wouldn’t. I appreciate that.
Recently, David and Ryan checked on the boiler and we decided that it wasn’t worth repairing anymore. It lasted fifty three years. Nick their salesman came out and came up with a plan for mini splits instead of another boiler. He is an expert on these things and very thorough. He’s also a very nice hardworking guy. He answered my questions and came up with the best option. He patiently let me hem and haw about such a large investment. He also helped me arrange the financing and talked to the HOA. They have never answered my calls. Once I decided to pull the trigger and squared away the money, a date was quickly set and Anthony and a different Ryan came out and worked for four days on the project. It was much more involved than I had imagined. They are very nice hard working guys. Anthony was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They also did an exterior vented range hood for me. It was a tricky job and it turned out well. So, I was very happy with them. The electrician, Eric, put a line from the fuse box through the ceiling to the outside. He did excellent work and was neat. I did the painting to match on the exterior.
A week or so later I had some questions about a sound I heard late in the night. The first Ryan checked it out and explained it. He also noticed that my toilet tank was loose and told me how to fix it. I took care of it successfully.
When I call Balance Point, a person, usually Larry, answers and is friendly and polite. I really appreciate getting a person instead of an automated system. Karen in the office helped me with paperwork and financing. She was very helpful and nice.
As for the system itself, I got the best Mitsubishi hyper heats that money can buy. I’ve been using them for some heat. It’s been mild recently. They worked during the cold snap. My room which was always cold before was comfortable. I’m excited about being comfortable when the weather gets really hot. In the past, my place has been miserably hot in the summer.
I don’t have any direct experience heating with the mini splits when it’s extremely cold but Excel took my meter, so I’m committed. Maybe I’ll write an update next spring.
So, in a nutshell, Balance Point does good work and they are good folks. I didn’t even get a second opinion. That may not be for everyone, but I knew that I was going to go with them even if they weren’t the cheapest. I strongly recommend them. ❤️

Balance Point installed our heat pump, furnace, air conditioning, and tankless water heater 3 years ago. We use their annual heating, AC, and plumbing services. Today, we had Cody come out for our annual plumbing servicing. Cody is professional, personable, and thorough. He inspected and flushed, and adjusted our systems to assure we will be set for the next year.

Not transparent about price? Our furnace went out, and they very kindly got us on the books same day. Guy tells us it’s $79 for diagnostics. Guy spent hours in the crawl space without any communication around what he was doing for an additional 2 hours. Comes back up and tries to charge us $500!!! Unbelievable! Not cool. We’re fine with what needs to be done but he didn’t communicate whatsoever the whole time. Nice kid but this was a yucky vibe. Just be transparent people!

Matt came to our home for a heating system inspection earlier this week. He was patient, professional, and provided thorough explanations to all of my questions. It was evident that he was very experienced! We look forward to reviewing his notes and having him back for some strategic services in the new year. We recently joined the Balance Point maintenance program and have been very happy with the investment!

We recently had Balance Point replace our 37 year old ac system with a Heat Pump. We were very happy with the quality of their work and specifically their attention to detail. Nick S. installed our whole house steam humidifier and also replaced our HVAC filter cabinet. I was impressed by his professionalism and technical knowledge when I met him for an estimate. He didn't strike me as a salesman, but as a technical professional. Coupled with his competitive quote, it was easy choice amongst 4 HVAC companies to have Nick S. at Balance Point do the work. I was impressed by his commitment to getting the job done right, which led to quite a long day for him. I would highly recommend Balance Point and asking for Nick S.!

Dave Crownover and Luke did an amazing job repairing a leak in our heat pump mini split system. This was no easy fix as the original installing contractor had the connection behind drywall. Dave and Luke were prompt, friendly, professional and answered all my questions. I was charged exactly what my estimate was and am enjoying my mini split system with confidence. This is some of the best service I've had in years. Balance Point will be my first call from now on.

Balance Point replaced our furnace, humidifier, thermostat, and AC. The installation crew, Mason and Kobe, were outstanding. They showed up on time at 9:00am and did not stop working until they were finished at 4:00pm.
They both were polite, pleasant, and took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why. But most of all, their work was neat and organized which indicated to me they knew what they were doing.
Time will tell if the Daiken products we selected were a good choice. But for now, Balance Point has provided good service, what looks to be a fair price, and a great installation team. So far, so good!

This first experience was excellent. The install team were as friendly as the sales guy and did a good job on install and cleanup. Communication from the office, to the sales guy and install team was fantastic. I would highly recommended this company.

I have received prompt service from Joe, he has always been on time well mannered and solved all issues in a timely manner. The only problem that I have had is with Leann from your office. She is very rude has used swear words while talking with me and scheduled an appointment for me that she cancelled without notifying me.
