Graham did a fantastic job installing our new water heater today! My office is in the same space he was working in and he was very respectful of letting me know if the process would affect me directly (noise, etc.). We also had some great conversation, which is always wonderful!

Great experience, tech Grant P showed up early and gave me a heads up call before arriving. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. Very professional outfit

We had the pleasure of working with Troy. He was on time, thorough and kept communication flowing. Our duct work was very dirty due to new construction across the street. Troy even found a ring that had been lost for 8 years!!!

Graham did an amazing job, showed after hours and completed all the work. Would highly recommend in an emergency. Amazing service from start to finish!

I'm so sick of Swans bs......I get Swan to come out and replace a attic fan under warranty, your technician proceeds to damage the roof shingles in the process before figuring out he cant replace the fan......... you throw me around, trying to contact yall is like pulling teeth, when I finally get YOUR roofer to fix a problem YOU caused I am told by the roofer, Swan said to charge the home owner.........so we throw me around, damage my roof and try to swindle me to fix YOUR mistake........ yall need to contact me and make this right.....I am so sick of yall

Marcus had my problem taken care of quickly and efficiently. He was professional and friendly, and explained everything clearly. I will continue to work with Swan with any future issues.

Dylan was kind. But he did not help diagnose the problem. He did help me find the solenoid was out and needed replaced. But that was not what was causing the water. After he left I spent more time looking at the drain ports. I found that the drain from the furnace was broken on one of the pvc couplings. This had to have been from the install in 2022. Since the furnace only operates during the winter months, this is the only period a leak would be detectable. I went to the local hardware store and had to cut the pvc and install a new coupling. Since doing so there have been no leaks. I insisted to Dylan that I didn’t think the house humidifier was the cause of the water on the concrete. He stated to me multiple times that he didn’t believe that anything else would have caused the leak. But 15 min after he left I found the problem. I felt he guessed his way through the entire experience.

Rodney was excellent! He was very clear with his explanations of his findings and took the time to make sure we understood what needed to be done to resolve our issues. He wasn’t pushy like someone trying to make a sale either. We are very grateful for all of his help. I’d also like to acknowledge the person who took my call in the Loveland office. Even though I called the wrong location he helped me and even got us scheduled for the same day service without making me call the other office. We’ll definitely be using Swan for all of our future AC and plumbing needs.

Dustin did a great job. Fast sand clean. He communicated very well and answered questions regarding our furnace and water heater. He is an excellent technician.

My A/C went out and Zach and his crew came in and got the unit replaced without a hitch. Then I had issues with my water heater that same week and Graham and Bryce were absolutely heroes! They came, diagnosed, fixed the issue and even returned when there were further issues! Graham did not leave or abandon me until I had hot water and everything was running smoothly. This entire company has amazing customer service and professionalism. Fairly priced and they back up their work. It was a really rough week and they made sure that we were taken care of and immediately scheduled me when I did have additional problems (not their fault, faulty part). I will be a lifetime customer based solely on these guys, Mickey the sales guy that walked me through each unit and never pressured me; and the true GOAT, Cassie in the office. She always handles all the paperwork, makes sure everything gets filed properly so all of the rebates get back to you in a timely manner. I can't recommend them enough!

Graham saved me from the leaky toilet that was flushing all the time, saving me thousands of gallons of water. Now that bill should go down. He is very efficient and knowledgeable with plumbing, and very easy to communicate with.

My furnace was not kicking on over the past couple of days and I got a same day appointment. The technician was prompt, friendly and fixed my issue. It great knowing I have a company I can count on.

Update! As you can see Swan replied and said they would refund me and I have not received a check, direct deposit or even a phone call!! Why say you are going to refund me on a public platform then not actually follow through?
This review has been a long time coming. I had a water filtering system installed originally about a year ago, we had issues with it so they had to come reinstall it, at that time the installer told me I needed to flush out the system from the filter under the sink, I had to flush out 30 gallons an hour for 6 hours. I am 90 years old there was no way I could do that, I was then instructed that my Granddaughter who was an office employee at them time for Swan would be coming over and doing it. I called my Granddaughter and she had no idea what i was talking about. Why would an office employee help do plumbing work? They ended up calling me and saying it didn't need flushed after all? Fast forward about 6 months later and I became very sick the doctor said I should have the water filter checked since I get 90% off my water intake from there. Swan sent out a tech and he suggested that ecoli was in the filter and not to use it. Several weeks went by and I had no follow up from Swan regarding what we needed to next, after several calls with no response Mick the plumbing manager finally called and offered to do a water test and he asked that I pay $250 for it. Swan was the one who suggested Ecoli was present then did nothing about it then wants me to pay? Absolutely not! They finally came and did the test (after asking my Granddaughter do the test, again she works in the office not as a plumber) after several more weeks the test came back that the water was OK to drink. Thank heavens! However at this point I hadn't been able to use the very expensive water filter for more than 6 months so I asked for it to just be removed. Once again I was told that they would remove it but then I would have to pay $250 for the water test. At this point my Granddaughter has left the company because she couldn't work for a company she couldn't trust to send to her families homes. The silly water filter is still here and I just received a notice my membership was expiring, the free membership i was given for all the inconveniences I had been having. I will not be signing up again or giving Swan a penny more of my money. -
Our technician, Andy, was awesome. In addition to the annual furnace maintenance, he spent a fair amount of time answering questions and educating us about our system. We appreciate you, Andy. :)

I want to flag that Swan uses some kind of automated system that will *tell* you that you are on the schedule and someone is coming out, but it's just a bot! I called on a Friday evening and the bot said that I was booked to be seen on Sat. morning and that a technician would call me to confirm the time. Never happened. I called several times and asked the bot if anyone was coming -- just said something like my message was high priority and being sent to a team member. Nopeity nope. So I started calling around and found another company that really comes on weekends.

Job done well was pretty straight forward job of replacing 6ft of main drain pipe in basement. Cost seemed very high @ 800.00 for 6ft of pipe and less than 45min of work. Tech very professional and knowledgeable a plus. Schedule was bounced same day and ended up exact time I was trying to avoid. Seems the norm today for any service. Over all I have had no problem with the work done just think the COVID costs need to go away.

I first filled out a form, and then their AI reached out and said it had no record of my data or any of the things that I had entered into the form, essentially rendering the form useless.
Then go through the whole process of talking to the AI and giving it all my data and it’s schedule something.
I’d actually called the company first, and after I had filled out the AI data I answered a phone call and they had no record of my appointment that was scheduled either through the form or through the AI .
I then went through the same process again with someone on the phone.
The next day when they’re supposed to show up, they don’t show up and I do get a voicemail from someone saying that they need to schedule a specific person to come out to my house.
I’m not going through three layers of repeating the same stuff just so I can support something. That’s a little bit more local.
Warning to anyone at the time of this review, their systems are garbage and you might as well just pay a little bit more for someone who has good systems and will show up when they say they will. -
No hot water last night around 7 pm. Called Swan P & H & a technician was supposed to come out last night. Swan called later & said I would have to wait until next day (today). Gerad-tech came out 8:15 am & found there was an electrical reset needed on the outlet. That was the only problem & he fixed it. The hot water heater (tankless) is behind a wall so I would not have had access to it nor known the issue in order to fix it myself.

Adam came to our home after hours and repaired the problem efficiently and while explaining the process. He had an excellent, upbeat attitude and completed the job in a short time. Swan can’t be beat.
