There have been several hiccups along the way in getting my AC fixed. These hiccups were sorted by Ben's Commercial Heating And Air Conditioning and each time I called I was given an honest answer and that is what you look for in a reputable company. I have no doubt I have chosen the right company to work on and maintain my AC.

The install by Craig was phenomenal. He was professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after he finished the job. Explained all the workings of my new unit and followed up the next day to make sure we were happy. I'm warm and happy! Thank you!!

In the middle of extreme cold our furnace went out and no heat could have meant busted pipes. Ben's Commercial Heating answered the call by sending Joe, an experienced, extremely competent, and very honest service pro who went over and above to restore heat in a very timely manner. I would definitely call them again for any heating and cooling needs.

Ben was knowledgeable and friendly. We called him when our furnace was bad and he came quickly and fixed it for a reasonable price and gave us quotes for replacing the whole unit. He pointed out some potentially problematic areas on our air conditioner, but didn’t try to up sell us into making repairs. We will definitely use them in the future.

They were able to accommodate our rather tight timing window, sending out Craig to investigate why our AC was not working. He found the source of the problem immediately and fixed it quickly. Have used Ben's Commercial Heating And Air Conditioning company twice since I knew them, first to replace my broken water heater and secondly to repair my AC unit which was only blowing hot air. The service techs were very prompt and respectful. They diagnosed and fixed the issues and communicated in a clear manner. Prices are straight forward and reasonable. Will always recommend them.

Added an Aprilaire fresh air intake system to our tight new construction home. Tech integrated it with the HVAC control to bring in fresh air periodically without wasting energy. Helps reduce stuffiness and VOCs. Smart addition.

Beware - they will offer a coupon and do a very, very thorough "tune-up" and then tell you that something is broken and needs an expensive repair - but it doesn't!

I know some people with newer homes who paid for a whole replacement HVAC system through Swan, which seemed odd, though they raved about the service. After my tune-up, which was requested due to a "cycling" notice on the thermostat, the tech showed a bunch of numbers his equipment read and verbally explained some ranges. Then he said that these numbers indicate there is a leak (of undetermined amount), which needs to be found, fixed, and the system recharged, for $2k. Or I could just pay $500+ flat to recharge the system but who knows how long that will last. Online research showed this was like a worst-case scenario flat-rate, rather than charging depending on what was actually wrong and how much was needed.

So, I got some recommendations from my neighbors for a 2nd opinion. Second opinion guy checks things out very thoroughly, very respectfully answers all my questions, explains that cycling is a programmed feature on my thermostat, offered to change it if I wanted, and shows me the numbers in real-time of my system on his equipment. There's no leak. The system is running fine. It seems to be fully charged. It cooled the house a couple degrees in the time we were standing around talking about it. I was all ready to pay a more reasonable price to fix a leak, but there wasn't one and this guy didn't try to take advantage of me.

I will never call Swan again, and I don't recommend them. They have friendly techs but they don't have integrity and will try to take advantage of you. Further, their business model seems to rely on uber-expensive fixed-price repair rates rather than itemizing and having fair prices. It's the best way to operate if you are taking advantage of people and "fixing" problems that aren't there and therefore can't be measured.

Graham did great! He is polite and professional and he worked diligently to complete the work order promptly. He fully answered any questions we had and provided requested input on the status of our equipment. He left his workspace neat and clean. It was a pleasure to have him work in our home!

Swan sent Jonathan out the same day my A/C stopped working. He was able to fix it quickly and also did a tune-up while he was here. I also had Brandon out here to take a look at my attic insulation. Both were professional and courteous and seemed to really know their stuff.

Deri was fantastic. He came late on a Friday evening when our AC had failed and the temp in the house was rising. He figured out the problem and we got AC back in time for a 96 degree day the next day. He even called back the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. Swan is the best and they hire the best!

We purchase a new Lennox ML296v furnace from Swan after our old 40 year furnace, that was installed when we built the house, finally died. The Swan rep, Dylan, who came out and gave us the quote, was very professional, technically competent and friendly. He reviewed my current furnace, took measurements of my house for sizing requirements and discussed our full Range of equipment, warranties and financing options. He answered all the questions I had. We ordered the unit on a Friday and the installation was scheduled for the next Monday. We were given a time window and were notified when they were leaving and when they would arrive. The installing technicians, Peter and Spencer, also very professional, technically competent, friendly and really organized and neat. They also answered all of my questions and concerns. They also installed my current humidifier on the new unit. The new unit was installed very neatly and without any problems. They throughly explained why certain things were done to follow code and explained the operation of the unit. They really cleaned up after the installation and hauled away the old unit. I can only say that I was throughly impressed with their organization, personnel and product. A Five Star Plus operation.

Just started using Swan plumbing and they have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable so far. Customer service has been solid as well.
