This is the second time I've used Halo. The 1st time was to get my air conditioner going last spring, and Chernet was wonderful that time.
I called them back out because my furnace wouldn't turn on, and one again Chernet provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately last night there was something blocking the tubing going to the condensate pump and my furnace wouldn't turn on again. Steve came out 1st thing this morning and got my furnace running again. The customer service Halo provides is exceptional and I will continue to use them in the future. I can't recommend them enough!

Steve was a wonderful help, very knowledgeable and honest, and went above and beyond what we even would have asked him to do when he came to look at our unit.

They helped us get rebates on a brand new unit which was really kind of them, and we got a great product! When they came to install it they wore shoe protectors (which other companies i had seen not). They layed down plastic on our carpet so they didnt destroy it, and they even went above and beyond and cleaned up all the goat heads that followed them in! Steve took his time explaining and helping peogram our thermostat and made sure I felt confident in how it worked before he left. Highly recommend them!

Steve was our hero when we had issues with our very old home's heating system. He was able to fit us into his busy schedule, was prompt on arrival and communicated well, pricing was reasonable and he fixed our problem! Not to mention he is friendly and personable. We highly recommend Steve and HALO Heating and Air and we will continue to use them from here on out!

We've been using HALO for all hvac issues and maintenance for 3 years now and they are always quick to come out, super polite and knowledgeable and fairly priced. They worked on a very elusive issue for us with our old a/c, coming back multiple times without charging for every single trip and waiting on hold for hours with the manufacturer's tech support until they reached a solution. Great people, highly recommended.

What a time for my furnace to need repair - the Friday after Thanksgiving. Halo promptly sent two servicemen within two hours. Chernet and Drew assessed the problem quickly. They were polite, professional, and very efficient. Chernet communicated with me throughout the day to keep me updated on the progress of obtaining a part from a supplier who was closed for the holiday. Drew arrived late afternoon and quickly installed the part and gave my furnace a quick cleaning of some key parts. Drew is very personable and told me tips on maintaining the furnace and about Halo's bi-annual maintenance plan. They are very respectful of your home, wearing shoe covers and taking any trash with them. Highly recommend Halo, especially when you are in a pinch. They will get the job done, all the while smiling.

From our very first interaction on the phone to the final walkthrough, Halo Heating and Air's level of service was truly exceptional. Their level of integrity, expertise, responsiveness, and pride in their workmanship sets the standard for what service should be!

Our entire experience working with Steve (the owner and lead technician) and his team (Drew and Chernet) exceeded our expectations in every way. They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and detail-oriented. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions clearly, and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction, never once using pushy sales tactics. They even credited us with any rebates that we qualified for up front and saved us from a lot of paperwork and waiting to get refunded.

What truly impressed us was the company’s integrity and commitment to their word. Over the weekend, Steve proactively called to let us know there might be an availability issue with one of the units. Instead of pushing the installation date or offering excuses, they told us they would work directly with the manufacture or even cover the cost of an upgraded unit themselves, so they could honor the original installation date they promised. That level of honesty, accountability, and customer care is rare.

On the day of the installation, the team called us to give us an ETA. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, kept the work area spotless, and even made sure to close all doors and gates so our dog could still use the yard and not get loose. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and respect for us and our home. Most importantly, the unit that Steve suggested was exactly what we needed. Our home has never felt so comfortable throughout the whole house! We highly recommend Halo for all your HVAC needs.

We had an excellent experience with HALO Heating and Air with the installation of our heat pump. They were extremely responsive from the first call through completion, took the time to properly right-size the equipment (which gave us a lot of confidence), and worked around our schedule without any issues. The installation was clean and well organized, and they even handled arranging the inspection, which made the whole process stress-free. We used Balance Point to service an A/C unit that was on the fritz. We left a message Sunday, June 15 and they called back the same day. Their guy Eric Johnson came out Monday afternoon, fixed it lickety split, left a very reasonable invoice. I'm a fan, and signed up for their service plan. After knocking around with some fairly sketchy A/C service guys, we've found a home with Balance Point.

We just had a once day installation of a new Lenox Heat Pump/Air Conditioner and it was a great experience. Coby Mason and Santana were our installers and they were both professional, courteous and knowledgeable and helped us through the new system when it was set up. They answered all our questions regarding the system and we would definitely recommend their services and Balance Point Heating for installation of a new system.

I reached out to Balance Point Heating and Air Conditioning after having another company inspect my AC unit. After that first visit, something just didn’t sit right with me. Things didn’t add up, and I was left with more questions than answers.

Then Dave and Luke from Balance Point came out. From the start, they were straightforward, professional, and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary tests or services that would’ve driven up the cost. Instead, they got to work, fixed everything they could, and even took the time to call the manufacturer to find out that some parts were still under warranty—saving me even more money.

When they returned to finish the job, not only was the work done right, but the final bill came in $100 lower than the original quote. That kind of honesty and quality of service is rare. They left my entire HVAC system in better condition than they found it, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

6/5/19: We have been customers of Balance Point for years. Consistently GREAT customer service. Jim was out today for our annual air conditioning tune up. I recognized him from our furnace tune up several months ago. He always takes the time to be thorough in his work and makes sure our questions get answered. He is also hilarious!

9/19/19: We had our new furnace installed two days ago with a follow up appointment today. The entire process start to finish was a piece of cake! From meeting with Callen Kusmik to pick the best furnace for the right price, to scheduling and payment with Jackee McCormick, to the installation with Travis Wallace and A.J. Avila, to the commissioning appointment with Kevin Durant, we were treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism! We will continue to be clients for years to come! And, can I say how cool it is that I can adjust the temperature on the Smart Thermostat from my iPhone at home or away?!?

I was impressed by the people I worked with to get a new furnace and AC unit installed. The people who work for this company are the reason why I would recommend Balance Point in the future. Nick really took the time to work with me on options available for my home and followed up quickly on any questions I had before and after installation. As for the installers, Anthony and Kyle we amazing! They were friendly and went the extra mile to make sure the system was installed correctly and fix mistakes made by past installers. Matt was thorough and professional. He carefully explained everything from the condition of my furnace to pricing and to my options for service going forward. The entire process was first rate!

My 16 year old mini-split ductless system was installed by Balance Point Heating and Air, and they've maintained it ever since. Well, it was finally time to replace the system with a new one, so I asked Callen Kusmik for a proposal, and he sent the proposal that same day!

Balance Point wasn't the cheapest proposal, but given the history I've had with them, and the fact that Callen was able to schedule the install to happen in only two weeks, he assured me they'd have all of the hardware ready to go. I had several questions about the proposal, and Callen responded within minutes of each. This is why I chose Balance Point.

Install day comes, and as promised, and on time, Julio and Anthony tour the system, and get right to work. I felt 100% comfortable running errands, and letting them get to work. At every turn, they were polite, professional, and answered any questions I had.

I requested that they keep the front door shut to keep the kitties in, and they did as such. They even cleaned up each evening so that the install areas were cleaner than when they started! The install took 2.5 days as they promised.

I can't give enough kudos to Anthony and Julio in how they conducted themselves, and the degree of professionalism was truly an inspiration to watch unfold. They even had to deal with some nosey neighbors asking questions, and they did exactly what I requested, which was to refer these neighbors to myself.

I can't speak highly enough of my entire experience with this AC system upgrade. Not only was the service absolutely top notch, but I had installed 2 tons of AC with four zones of mini split ductless in place of the old system (Mitsubishi), and I couldn't be more pleased with how the AC system is functioning. It works exactly as advertised.

I know that if I were to have any trouble, Balance Point will answer the call, respond immediately, and send someone right away.

If you want to support a local company who treats their employees right (I grilled Julio and Anthony on how they felt about working for Balance Point, and what they thought of their management, and they honestly reported they feel valued, and trusted as employees, and truly enjoy working for Balance Point. Icing on the cake for me.)

I feel great about my investment, and Callen promised me, "we'll hit this out of the park for you, David." And they absolutely did.
