Steve, the HALO technician, was great. He did a quick view of our furnace and could see it was malfunctioning. He was very transparent, showing me his initial findings, explaining how the furnace should work and trying a step to correct the problem. When that didn't work, he inspected the wiring more closely and found a crimped wire leading into the burner assembly. He replaced the wire and the furnace resumed normal operation. I’m retired military Navy. Steve comes from military background. He is honest professional, and demonstrates the upmost Pride in the job that he does. I have a Home Warranty and they sent out McCormick heating and air and they tried to rip me off. Steve came out and was honest about what could be done and not be done. The A/C was not working properly, it was only circulating the air not cooling. Call Halo Heating and Air and they were able to come out and check the unit the same day. The problem was a service disconnect switch on the unit was not turned on so it was not putting out cold at all. Flipped the switch and it started working right away. Chernet was very respectful of our home, wearing disposable boots over his shoes when entering our home.

Our technician Steve was very patient and gave us a thorough explanation of every step of the inspection. He was able to make the most technical details understandable. When the time comes for us to replace our HVAC system Halo will be the first place we call.

Steve was very helpful and trustworthy. His knowledge of HVAC is detailed and thorough. He encouraged me to watch the repair, and provided informative explanations. He completed repairs in a timely manner and left me with a much better understanding of HVAC.

The guys came on short notice, found and fixed the problem after clearly explaining what was wrong and needed done. I was shocked at the lack of up selling and the great price for service. They checked the whole system and even brought a replacement filter and the cost never creeped up. They gave me 3 or 4 concrete things I can do to improve AC performance and didn’t try to push me to spend more money. Will absolutely call them if I need anything for heater or AC.

My house a/c had stopped working. I called Halo at 7:00 am, their technician arrived at 10:30 am and had it fixed by about noon, even after having to make a parts run. Great service at a very reasonable price. Will definitely call them if needed in the future!

I wanted to thank, Chernet and his team for their wonderful service in installing my new HVAC system. He was very polite and helpful in explaining the work he was doing and how to care for the new system going forward. Their installations prices are also very affordable!

I called Halo when my water heater started leaking from the bottom. They responded quickly and reviewed my options for a new water heater. Steve was able to locate the particular water heater I wanted and had the old one removed and the new one Installed that day. I can't thank them enough for the prompt service. I highly recommend Halo and will use them again if the need arises. They were very courteous and professional.

Quick same day service. 2 technicians came out - Chernay and Drew. They were fantastic. Could not be happier with their ability to diagnose the a/c problem and fix it. Great guys and great service. I signed up for regular maintenance plan.

Steve saved my family and I on a Saturday when the high was over 90 degrees. We had to sleep on our couch the night before because it was way too hot upstairs Friday night. He was super efficient, knows exactly what he's doing and at a fair price! I can't thank him enough for taking such good care of us! Not to mention he took the time to clean off the AC unit where my hose couldn't reach. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again!

Steve was very thorough and very open with what he was thinking. He wanted me with him so as he was explaining his thinking, he was also asking for my input since I was more familiar with the house. He was very focused on improving our HVAC system in the most effective way at the least cost. It was amazing. Usually the solution is to upgrade your system or buy several new parts. Not today. Very refreshing.

I couldn’t recommend Halo more, especially working with Steve! We have had issues with our upstairs unit cooling for a few years, in a brand new home! We finally couldn’t take it anymore and were looking for real answers.
