Unlike other big-name companies that want to overcharge an over estimate, they tell you the truth and give you a good price. It’s hard to find a company these days to do the quality of work they do for the price they charge. I am totally loyal to this business.

Great business and highly recommend! Chelsea and Oscar are so easy and nice to work with and Oscar knows his stuff. Compared to a Boulder business I've used in the past they are considerably cheaper.

We have used tri-county many times for our home and rental properties. They respond immediately and do whatever it takes to get us parts when we need it. Other companies schedule days out for emergencies and you wait for parts that come from Denver next week! Tri-county will pick it up and install immediately.

This company was quick and efficient for scheduling, showed up, found a solution right away that had stumped other companies, and were able to come and install the ventilation ducting that week (one two days later). Their work looks great and we are not having any issues with our system now.

Harvey and Oscar are literally the most honest technicians that I’ve ever encountered. After one company quoted me $5k to repair everything, Harvey came out and suggested a simple fix with one part that cost a couple hundred bucks (this was in 2020).

We used them again to install a new hot water heater. They were cheaper than the alternatives for the same product and moved hoops to come out same day since we had no hot water.

Tri-County is the only place I trust to keep my ancient heat and AC systems alive and running smoothly. They are always on time and on each visit have solved the myriad problems that the hold hvac systems have thrown at us. They are fairly priced, have great communication and do excellent work. They are also some of the nicest people I’ve met. I recommend them highly!

They quickly identified the root of my problem and fixed it. But what I appreciated the most was their willingness to explain how things worked enough for me to troubleshoot some common problems on my own in the future. As a first time home owner this meant a lot. If I do have another problem I can't solve though, I'll be calling them for sure. Quick to schedule and more than fair with rates too.

We’ve been using Alps Performance HVAC since we bought this home. Why? We trust them. Service has been top notch. On time every time. Good communication. Very competitive rates. We had a combined annual maintenance service done yesterday - both the furnace as well as the AC. The work was thorough and the report was detailed.

These guys have fixed problems on both my old furnace and AC systems. Both times have showed up the day after calling and fixed the problem for a very low price. Super nice and easy to work with.

Absolutely could not be more impressed with the service we received, very professional and completely dedicated to finding what we needed to keep our home warm. I could not recommend anyone better. Believe it or not we even received a call/text confirming everything is good. Five stars is not enough.
