Matt and his crew replaced our furnace in February 2023. The installation was not easy and they finished around midnight. Matt told me that they would file all the paperwork for the appropriate City of Fort Collins and Xcel rebates. After 5 months of waiting for rebates, I contacted both the City and Xcel, and discovered the rebate applications had never been filed. I contacted Airwaves multiple times and was told they'd get back to me, but they ultimately did not.

After 11 years of working with this company, I'm taking my HVAC business elsewhere.

I cannot recommend Freedom Air and Chris enough. Honest, reliable and professional. Helped me when no one else could get it right. When I bought my house I was told I needed a new AC unit, I called Chris for a second opinion and all my AC needed was freon. Also at the time when I bought my house, my HVAC was replaced by the seller and the company they hired "forgot" the spot for the air filter. I tried contacting the company for months to follow up and they were not only extremely hard to get a hold of but they were constant no shows. I finally gave up trying to have them fix their error and called Chris. Chris came out next day and made the slot for the air filter and also provided a bunch of good advice for HVAC maintenance to get the most life out of the new system. He went above and beyond and I am so appreciative for all his help and honesty!

He goes above and beyond with every visit and ensures the job is perfect. I am very happy with all the work and troubleshooting. We figured out what was going on with my heater, and it ended up being squirrels blocking the venting. Great catch and solution, which saved me from getting a completely new heater. I appreciate the honesty.

Our AC quite working in our house this summer, I contacted a few companies for estimates. Monty came and gave an estimate and right away I could tell he wasn’t just a salesman he was a business owner. Which he was looking out for our best of intentions and was actually giving us top of the line equipment unlike some of the bigger companies that want to make a sale and charge top dollar but give you cheap equipment. He got scheduled in right away, got us taken care of and his work was clean looking, and he was professional. Monty’s heating and air will definitely be doing my HVAC work from now on and I highly recommend him to family and friends!!

Monty’s Heating and Air was a great experience from start to finish. He was very easy to communicate with, responded quickly, and delivered excellent workmanship. I now have a phenomenal AC unit that fits my home perfectly. Highly recommend! He was faster to schedule AND better priced than the other companies.
