Steve and is Wife are incredible.i called to get my furnace serviced and Steve was at my home the next morning ON TIME. He diagnosed my problems and ha e me a very very far estimate on the repairs. I went ahead and tried to correct these issues myself and doing so Steve offered me the option to call him with any trouble I might have along the way. Shop local! Steve Young, owner of Mountain Air Mechanical Contractors, consistently provides an outstanding level of customer service, technical expertise, and design knowledge, along with delivering a “master craftsman’s” quality of work. Our furnace and ac units are under Steve’s preventive maintenance program, providing peace of mind and efficiency year round. We feel fortunate to have found Steve, and including him in our home maintenance program has been invaluable!

Steve installed a heater in our garage for us. All communication from him was fantastic! We felt he was honest and listened to our needs. He was very professional from the bid for the job through the install. I really appreciated the follow-up phone call a few days after the install. I will most certainly use him for future needs.

Steve was excellent! He showed up on time, patiently walked me through my entire AC system and suggested improvements to make that would improve efficiency all while checking, testing, and cleaning the system. I plan on using Mountain Air Mechanical Contractors for all my future HVAC needs.

Our AC stopped working and it was over 85 degrees in our house. I called Swan as they installed our AC 4 years ago. I was told they couldn’t come out for a week and that my warranty was void due to not having it serviced yearly. I called Mountain Air and Mary was exceptionally kind and professional. She scheduled me for a next day appointment. Steve arrived on time and replaced the capacitor, and explained every issue as he worked. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional. He went the extra step to confirm that I indeed do have a warranty for the AC and parts, which was a huge relief after what I was told by the Swan team. We will be using only Steve and his team at Mountain Air for all of our future HVAC needs!! Thank you so much Steve and Mary, you truly are the best in town!

Steve was absolutely phenomenal to work with!!! He was professional, communicated well, and was honest on all levels. He wasn't pushy and gave us upfront options then jumped on the ball when we'd made our choice. The level and quality of services he provides are worth every penny-- and his prices are the epitome of fair and reasonable. Steve was nothing less than amazing when it came to his customer service professionalism, performance and simply getting the job done. We had a few quotes from competitors to install an air conditioning unit into our new home. As we were soon to settle with someone who seemed ok but we still felt like there could be better ( the season changed and it was already getting hot out there and even more in the house) a friend recommended Steve and we thought, "ok one more quote." Steve came in ready to answer all of our questions and readiness to get the job done . It was a huge bonus that he saved us a little over 1k from the lowest quote from a competitor. Steve was absolutely amazing! He was able to help us figure out why our 3 year old AC unit wasn’t working how it should. He gave amazing recommendations on things we should consider for my husband’s allergies and explained what needed to be done to remedy our issue so I could understand. We have had Steve out for three different appliances. Each time he has responded very quickly and has been knowledgeable about each one and kept us from having bigger problems!

Once the temperature dropped we noticed our furnace was struggling to keep up so we messaged MAMC and Stephen came out the same day. He was straightforward, honest and promptly found out the issue and fixed it within 80 min. Stephen did a fantastic job, can definitely recommend him!

Steve came out to service our steam humidifier. He fixed the problem and also explained that the other company that installed it for us did not put on a $400 part! He is very good at explaining what he’s doing and is very straightforward. I highly recommend him over the “big” guys!
